    Great software for our business

    Summary: It was a relatively smooth transition to NolaPro. Support was helpful with a few initial questions we had. NolaPro has a lot of options and settings available.

    Positive: Software has all of the features we need for invoicing and bills with much more available for those that need it.
    Relatively easy to get started importing customers and accounts.
    Interface is nice and easy to navigate.

    Negative: An initial issue with beginning balances import, but that was a csv file issue.
    More help guides would be useful to explain the settings.

    Summary: Good for midsize business, for the affording price you can't go wrong. We will continue to use this product and may have it modified for our country.

    Positive: Referred by an associate this product was easy to learn but very deep. Friendly hints to set-up and we like the inventory tracking portions to manage our products. Multicurrency was a big reason we chose this product.

    Negative: More live support for countries outside the USA. Would like to hide some menu options if we don't use them, thank you.

    Summary: In our group we have several companies using expensive main stream ERP's, but all sales and accounts staff prefer NolaPro. Not only is the monthly cost very reasonable, bespoke alteration are quickly incorporated and again reasonably priced. Easily handles our £7m turnover.

    Positive: Easy to set up and use, with a logical layout and processes. Covers all that is required to run a business smoothly. Useful reports and advantages such as product label printing and storage of documents. Returns and credits handled easily.

    Negative: UK VAT returns have to be made via third party bridging software.
    No UK payroll.

    Summary: Our small team enjoyed using this and I think we will be with it for a long time. Our favourite feature is the immense amount of reports it provides which helps us understand our business better. Well done Nolapro!

    Positive: Only took 15 minutes to import our data and get moving. Easy to do things and program is very fast. Honestly I can't believe how little they charge for running payroll. US$2 for each employee is a steal. All our numbers are accurate, so calculations seem proper.

    Negative: Not much to dislike but adding more pop-ups to explain some of the features would be helpful.

    Summary: Have already recommended it to others; so far, so good. Its not a name brand but the quality is definitely there. All our staff is enjoying it.

    Positive: We really like this software and have been looking for something like it for a long time. Price is like other accounting programs but the more we use, the more things we find it does that others don't. Can track our sales orders and stock really well without overpaying for bigger ERP systems.

    Negative: Takes a few more minutes to set it up and import your data but once that's done, it's worth it. Could use some training videos.
