Negative: I'm yet to experience any glitches with QuickBooks Online since it works smoothly.

Positive: QuickBooks Online is an accounting software that is best suited for cash flow management, creating invoices, expense management, reporting and time tracking.It is simple and fast to use QuickBooks Online without any hassles.

Negative: I don't have have anything to complain because it's a simple, fast and affordable accounting software.

Summary: It is simple and fast to get started with QuickBooks Online without much-needed accounting knowledge. It is an accounting software that is affordable. It is simple to manage our organization finance with QuickBooks Online.

Positive: With QuickBooks Online, it is simple to generate employee payrolls faster. It is simple to create and send professional invoices using Quickbooks Online. It is possible to track and manage our cash flows with QuickBooks Online. It is generate custom financial reports with QuickBooks Online. Finally, I can easily track and manage our expenses with QuickBooks Online.

Negative: I haven't experienced shortcomings with QuickBooks Online because it suits my accounting needs.

Summary: Quickbooks Online is the ideal software for us to keep track of all of our finances and do accounting-related work. We have been able to save money because this software is not very pricey and we have also been able to get great results because of the variety and extensiveness of its features. Quickbooks is the place where we keep all our data in regards to the financial/banking part of our business, and it has been so authentic in sorting our data and speeding up any type payments and taxes, reconciliation and business progress, as it has also the capability to give us great insight analytics about how our business is performing financially, allowing us to make better decisions about our next projects to keep boosting our performance. With this software, we have been able to achieve more with less, and our projects have a nice budgeting plan thanks to it being able to streamline all our process during every project, planning every step and customizing and creating different templates from past projects, to ensure consistency and success every single time.

Positive: Quickbooks Online provides a distinguished way to do all our accounting and budgeting for our business. It has a system that is very complete and full of smart tools that when combined, make for a hugely helpful software that carries all of my financial tasks.

-One of my favorite aspects of Quickbooks is how fast we can complete our bank reconciliation every month, providing thoughtful analysis about where our money goes and allowing us to make smart decisions regarding our finances and our business’ future. It’s very easy to prepare our reports every month and customize them to include the most information possible such as income statements and purchase orders, and choose between single-entry or double-entry systems.

-Additionally, Quickbooks has the power to organize all our taxes for us and manage all our tax data for when the tax season comes, and notify us when they’re ready. I like this area of Quickbooks and I find that it’s the most powerful feature as it lets us streamline all our tax processes and has an accurate automated system that studies our data and helps me sort our finances by quarter or yearly methods, providing a strong system that is based on security and support, saving us as much time as possible with its different tools to calculate different finances.

-Quickbooks’ customer support has been very helpful in providing the assistance that we have needed during our training period with the software, and to this day, they have been extremely responsive and have solved any question and doubt that we’ve had, making it such a wonderful service and experience for us and improving our view of the solution in general.

-Integration with many third-party applications make the experience of using Quickbooks even better, as it improves our workflow and synchronizes our data with other financial and project management tools, eliminating the process of having to manually import or export data into Quickbooks or other apps.

-Finally, I like that this software is hosted on the cloud and can access it anywhere I am and on any device, which is a huge benefit for me as I am sometimes on the go, and being able to access my business’ accounting solution is a huge deal for me. I also find that because it is hosted on the cloud, Quickbooks provides higher security levels and a low risk of lost or stolen information, and that used to be a great worry for me as no one wants their information suddenly lost/stolen, but Quickbooks maintains all our data encrypted and safe.

Negative: I feel like even though Quickbooks has amazing tools and it’s a great platform overall, it still lacks in terms of user-friendliness and user guides to help users settle in with the software and finish implementation successfully. We struggled a bit with this software because the amount of tools were so overwhelming and I felt like it didn’t provide enough tutorials for me to understand how it works, but thankfully, once we contacted the customer support and were put in contact with an expert, they were very happy to help us through every step of our implementation with Quickbooks, which was honestly amazing and it’s one of the reasons we chose to stay with Quickbooks as our main accounting solution for our business.
Also, as I appreciate the level of security and high quality encryption that Quickbooks has, I do find it a bit annoying the level of security that there is to access our finances every single time, as I am requested one-time passwords and it takes more time to access our finances, but it’s just a small dislike that is compensated with the rest of the software tools that I do enjoy using.

Summary: I really like QuickBooks, it is easy to use and efficient. Reporting is good and you can easily get comparable information from the system.

Positive: Easy to use, clear, easy search facility and includes many different features. Good reporting function.

Negative: Does not integrate with some of the other applications we have which is unfortunate as we could streamline some of our processes.

Summary: As a manager, I'm very happy with QBO and can't imagine a scenario where we'd switch to another provider.

Positive: I'm not an accountant and don't have a finance background, but I am responsible for overseeing our financial operations and I've found QBO to be a great tool. In my role, running reports is a key feature, and I have found this to be very intuitive and to have lots of options for customization. I also like that employees sitting in three different countries can all have easy access to our books wherever they are.

Negative: No real drawbacks that I have encountered. The only improvement that comes to mind is that it could be a bit more easy on the eyes design-wise, but that doesn't impact its functionality at all.

Summary: Overall Quickbooks does exactly what I need it to do. It allows us to track our spending and provide accurate information to our members. Being able to integrate with other software makes it one of the best options.

Positive: It is a great accounting platform. It is easy to use and allows tracking of accounts. We have it setup to track by location and that is a great resource to determine how each location is doing. Banking integration is great and probably one of its best features. It also provides integration with a lot of other software that we use which makes data entry much easier.

Negative: Sometimes the software will have sync issues and it can take time to fix and troubleshoot.

Summary: We use Quickbooks only for payables, and we highly recommend it.

Positive: Since it's cloud based, Quickbooks Online has given us the flexibility to login anywhere. We do not have to be tied to a desktop.

Negative: The smartphone app still needs some work. It is glitchy and sometimes it does not show the entire information that you have inputed from your computer.

Summary: Overall, the product works well for our small business. It is adaptable and allows us to customize reports as needed.

Positive: Integrates with our expense system, allows us to sort by category and class to distinguish between our two products, ease and variety of reports.

Negative: We have two accounts and it is a bit challenging to go back and forth between the two accounts.

Summary: Really happy with this product. Does everything and more Allows us to access information from anywhere. Automate processes to save time doing things that matter. Provides powerful data and reports that cover all areas of your business. The customer service is second to none and accessible with a phone call or online chat. The app makes things easy and convenient when we are on the road, keeping things up to date and us informed. Overall, highly recommend and encourage anyone shopping for accounting software to try QBO.

Positive: Quickbooks Online has so many great aspects its hard to name them all. Very straight forward to set up and use. The dashboard feature we are able to get an up to date snapshot of the company's performance with a click of a button. There is a take anywhere app that is packed with features. Customer service is awesome and easily accessible. There are lots of options for reports and comparisons. Syncs right to our bank accounts, and all kinds of other programs, allowing for direct communication between them.

Negative: No complaints, really like this product. It has never had an issue.

Summary: We were recommended to try Quickbooks Online Essentials by our accountant and it has made our life much easier keeping the books.

Positive: Since we moved from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks Online, we have found that categorizing transactions has become much easier and faster. We also love the bill pay feature.

Negative: The only con I can think of is that we didn't try it sooner.

Summary: As a small business owner, finances are definitely an area of opportunity for me and Quickbooks helps ensure that I have the reports and tracking I need to make educated decisions about my business.

Positive: Love that I can add our accountant so he can verify we are running things correctly, integrates with our bank and other systems, great support, friendly price-point, user friendly setup - highly recommend!

Negative: Honestly nothing - it's a valuable tool that every business needs to keep you finances and accounting straight!

Summary: Quickbooks is an awesome tool to help us manage our financial matters. It's especially helpful at this time of the year knowing that everything we need to do our taxes is located in one place inside of Quickbooks.

Positive: QuickBooks is an exceptional system to manage banking needs including tracking AP/AR and helps to manage credit card accounts as well. It's extremely helpful to be able to integrate information from our billing system into QB so that we are able to reconcile all of our financial matters.

Negative: At times we have noticed when creating checks for vendors the system will revert back to a previous account even after changing to the checking account from where we want a particular check to be written from. It's a small glitch but one that has caused us to have to do some backtracking on occasion when a check is written out of the wrong account. Not sure how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Summary: After using the software for 7 years, I am a completely satisfied user. The reconciliation process had been transformed from a monthly nightmare into an automated breeze. The ability to access the books from anywhere has been more useful than I ever would have anticipated.

Positive: Ease of use.

Negative: Monthly cost is excessive compared to standard software version.
Inability to reverse a reconciliation. Without accountant help is infuriating.

Summary: My overall experience with QuickBooks Online is remarkably awesome, it has advanced both AP and AR Automation.

Positive: QuickBooks Online has enabled us to easily create and forward invoices to respective clients.
Integration with email services is another great aspect.

Negative: I have never encountered challenges while using QuickBooks Online in my entire time.
