Summary: Overall Microsoft Outlook has everything which we may need to configure our business or personal email services. It has very strong and useful features which keeps the users motivated. I am a very satisfied user of Microsoft Outlook so far due to ease and simple UI of this product.

Positive: Microsoft outlook is the best service for managing emails and communication for your everyday needs. The best thing in Microsoft Outlook is that, it is preloaded with the Microsoft add-ons which makes it the strongest email service of the industry. There are various features which in outlook like calendar, to-do list, contacts, and linking it with your business email with ease and comfort.

Negative: Recall feature in case of wrong email often doesn't works properly. Sometimes Microsoft Outlook delays a lot in connectivity with the organizational servers and email update process sticks for a while.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook is the first thing I check when i start my workday. It is an essential part of office routine and is more than just a mailbox. It serves as a scheduling assistant, reminder and more. Overall it is a delight to use and highly recommended.

Positive: Microsoft Outlook is hands down the best mailbox and email client for any workplace. It is feature packed and available via a sleep desktop app or web browser thanks to Office 365. It even provides a polished mobile app for usage when not available on desktop. The seamless integration with Contacts, Calendar and other Office apps makes for a great experience.

Negative: I don't find any negative point worth a mention, however it would be interesting to see visual changes to the now old looking interface.

Summary: I love this product and am happy to have transitioned my current company away from Mac Mail to Outlook. I am much happier with this product than Mac Mail.

Positive: I have used Outlook for several years at previous jobs. When I came to a new job, we used Mac Mail. This is a poor substitute for Outlook, which has many more features. I love Outlook and have moved the company over to Outlook since arriving.

Negative: There is not much to dislike. There used to be, when you couldn't send a delayed message, or the out of office or reply signature was less robust, but there is everything I need in this product.

Summary: I have been using Microsoft Outlook for over 5 years now and it works great. It has a modern interface with a clear view of each email without the need to open them and provides a ton of other features & integrations which make it highly recommended.

Negative: I don't find any cons with it, it works well in daily usage and meets all my expectations.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook is a great email software that i use daily in my job. It has a clean interface and just works great for all needs. It even provides a good mobile app to use remotely.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook is all in one office management. We use Outlook with Slack integration. It helps us to create and check any event right from the Slack app. It gives us a sweet reminder for an upcoming event and allows us to join a meeting directly from the calendar event. Very convenient to send and categorize emails.

Positive: #1- Microsoft Outlook organize email, calendar and flies. To makes office work easy.
#2- Microsoft Outlook can be integrated with the Slack app.
#3- Calander can add events and reminders from upcoming events.
#4- It categorizes emails as per priorities.

Negative: #1- Nothing to dislike about Microsoft Outlook. We are happy using with Slack app.

Summary: On an overall level, my experience with outlook has been very good. It has a cool design and looks very professional. But at least in India, no one uses outlook like Gmail. Outlook provides one drive, access to Skype, and many other applications like Gmail. But I would say the transition from one ecosystem to another can be a bit difficult. On an overall level, it is recommendable.

Negative: (-) Entire different ecosystem, the transition can be a bit of a problem.
(-) There is a lag in receiving the emails sometimes.
(-) Spam filtering is of extra cost, unlike Gmail.
(-) POP3 connected emails take time in delivery.

Summary: A quality offering that's been around for a very long time and has consistently gotten better with each new release. Easy to use interface, huge user base, strong integrations make this a clear and easy choice.

Positive: Simple to use with a consistent interface for years. Ubiquitous software that doesn't require training for new hires. Extensive integrations by third-parties. Cached mode greatly improves performance when using Office 365 for Exchange online.

Negative: Integrations still rely on com add-ins too much which can conflict with each other. Can be memory intensive at times but a reboot generally resolves that issue. OST files still don't work well for very large mailboxes.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook continues to be the dominant email & calendar app for businesses invested in the office ecosystem. But the complex interface caters more towards power users.

Positive: Amazing integration with Microsoft office apps & services. Calendar sharing & scheduling capabilities for collaboration.

Negative: Interface can be cluttered & overwhelming for basic email needs. Lack of automation & CRM features compared to other business email tools.

Summary: Microsoft Outlook has behaved excellently throughout my company, more than 400 employees in our company are using this platform to link their personal mail or their work mail, the platform in general behaves correctly, offering fluidity and freedom When it comes to customizing the general interface of the inbox, you can apply the design or theme that you want and that suits your tastes, the creation of emails and sending is quite fast, therefore, the general functions of this platform did not present any type of problem. The experience I had with this platform was quite good, it provided excellent sending and receiving of each of the emails in its version for computers, however, as I mentioned previously, it is really necessary to improve the application for mobile devices, since It has problems when it comes to Refreshing the inbox in the background and when it comes to sending notifications of received emails, however, those negative things do not change my opinion about this platform, I still consider it to be a platform that is worth a lot pity, which provides you with a totally secure inbox to avoid fraudulent emails, I recommend it without a doubt for any company.

Positive: Microsoft Outlook is a pretty good service but it also has various flaws, the way in which this platform is capable of receiving emails is quite good, the main feature that I like about this platform is that it has a very comfortable interface, In addition, this fully modifiable interface, you can insert any type of theme that helps you improve the appearance to your liking, you can customize the general design of the inbox without any problem. Another thing that I like about this platform is that it has security for all types of phishing emails. In this way I can protect myself from any type of fraudulent email that wants to steal my data. When entering a fraudulent email, this platform He sends a notice in which he specifies that this email is fraudulent, so his way of dictating fraudulent emails is impressive. Another thing that I like is the fluidity with which the inbox works in general, I can write all kinds of emails in a matter of seconds, I will collect files without the platform being slow at any time, it is impressive.

Negative: One of the main problems that we face while using this platform is regarding the application for mobile devices. I have installed the application for mobile devices and my devices with the iOS operating system, and I have noticed that when linking several inboxes, the notification and background update system does not work correctly, I have noticed that I have received several emails in my personal inbox and in my business inbox, and I have noticed that the application never sends me any type of notice, for these emails to be reflected correctly, I must update the application manually, so it is absolutely necessary that A better background update system is implemented. Also, I also didn't like the fact that to link an IMAP inbox, it is a complex process, you have to fill many boxes which can be a bit annoying for some users.

Summary: Overall, if you and your business want a platform that is easy for all of your employees to use and doesn't have too many features for one to distracted with, Outlook is the one for you.

Positive: Easy, simple, and to the point. There is no frill and the platform gets the job done, which is to send and receive emails.

Negative: If you are someone who likes platforms that are easy on the eyes, this one isn't for you.

Summary: I use this on the daily and it comes in handy all the time. I have the desktop application and a lot of coworkers use the website version. No real major issues.

Positive: Is extremely versatile in the work life. Can be used for multiple integrations into other websites for ease of access.

Negative: Can be a little slow in the app. Sometimes it doesn't play well with website integrations but it does its best. Crashes a lot.

Summary: Overall, Microsoft Outlook is the best business email client application that work seamlessly in every device. Being a web based application, it does not take up a lot of system memory and works smoothly in every use.

Positive: - The user interface of the application is clean and feels modern.

- It has some unique features like built in spell checker that comes very handy when writing long emails.

Negative: - It does not integrate well with other applications, including Microsoft applications.
- It can be difficult to use initially.

Summary: A very dependable mail app and has attractive features such as reading pane. Seamless integration with Windows helps a lot!

Positive: No PC is complete without Outlook and its signature email sounds! A classic app that has sustained its popularity.

Negative: Crashes too often and the desktop client is much slower than the web app.

Summary: Overall, Outlook is a fair option if you want a mailing app for professional use, but it has its own issues like server issues, unreliable spam filter, etc.

Positive: -It a good option to manage the emails for professional use because of the features it provides.
-You can send documents, attachments, images, and other things without having any trouble.
-It keeps all the received emails organized and uncluttered according to the date and time.

Negative: -The spam detection of the outlook is not very reliable.
-I have faced server issues several times in the span of my usage.
