Negative: There is nothing that I dislike, as this is the best email software there is for offices around the world.

Negative: It is a great email manager without any issues and everything is perfect.

Summary: My first email account was actually an Outlook account years and years ago when my family got our first computer. I stayed with Outlook for a few years, then forgot about it for well over a decade. I started using it again for college, as my university switched to it over Gmail and then through work. It's still not a service I prefer, but for business and school, it works well and I'd rather keep my work email completely separate from personal stuff anyway. I'd recommend it for work mostly, and largely because of the app integration with other Microsoft software.

Positive: Outlook has been around forever, and it's still a very reliable email service. Naturally, it integrates with other Microsoft apps easily. Over the years, Microsoft has gradually updated the looks and smoothness of Outlook to keep up with the times and definitely doesn't feel "dated" like some other older programs do.

Negative: I suppose one con would be that you're in Microsoft's bubble. It's not as private as some other options out there like Protonmail or Tutanota, but I doubt anyone is getting an Outlook account for privacy.
