The great thing about Method Grid is that you can provide updates and comments to your team members. It offers great customization features that many will enjoy.
Negative: At first it can take quite some time for your business to find all the great functions this software has to offer. Once you have learned everything, the whole process is so simple and very helpful.

Keeps getting better Date: May 19 2020
Summary: We've searched for a good platform to store and share 'corporate knowledge'. Method Grid is the first one we've found which has the flexibility we need and can accommodate the cross-linkages between information that doesn't require a steep learning curve.
Positive: Method Grid is an intuitive way to store knowledge for easy retrieval by other members of our team. It is totally configurable to fit your processes and set up a taxonomy that works for your business. Colleagues find it much easier to find the current, approved information they need than storing in a network or cloud drive due to the structural design being consistent with our processes.
The software is constantly being enhanced with new features and the team is highly responsive to suggestions for improvements.
It's now possible to clone grids and have checklists in them. We use this as an on-boarding tool to make sure everyone goes through a consistent set of information to ensure everyone is using the same processes.Negative: It's free-form nature, whilst giving massive flexibility, means you need to spend some time to plan out a structure. We started a bit too ad-hoc and needed to restructure how we store data. I would recommend creating a steering team (any proper implementation should have one!).

Method Grid IP management Date: May 18 2020
Summary: We were introduced to the tool early and have found it a valuable tool for use in part parts of the business, from obvious initial use case of documenting consulting methodologies, but also documenting internal process and procedures, training and on-boarding and quickly building be-spoke solutions for use in client pitches.
Positive: Intuitive interface and simple structure actually make this a surprisingly powerful and flexible tool for managing many aspects of a professional services business IP.
Negative: We were an early user and new features have continuously been added.

Method Grid helps us capture, share, deliver and track our knowledge and business processes Date: May 14 2020
Summary: I highly recommend Method Grid. Plan well, build thoughtfully and keep up to date and it will save you oodles of time and effort and far less repetition.
Positive: Method Grid has really helped us organise our business processes and knowledge management in a useful, flexible and repeatable way. As we build we can flex it to suit our needs and keep it updated in a way we didn't previously. The reduction in repetition is a powerful motivator.
Negative: A with anything done well the build takes time. Planning is key. Getting everyone on board a new technology is not always easy but given the right internal support to suit everyone's learning style is key. "Once they have got it they really get it"

Versatile, simple, intuitive Edited: May 13 2020
Summary: Overall a great product, which delivers real business value, competitively priced and with a great support team behind it.
Positive: A very simple, versatile, user friendly and intuitive product with many applications.
Really helps with structured thinking and clarity of communication. For us the use case is predicated on facilitating adoption of knowledge and best practice.
The support team (on the odd occasion we've needed help) is super helpful and responsiveNegative: Can't think of any significant cons. More features are regularly added which have all been great enhancements on an already great product. I guess the challenge for Method Grid will be how to maintain the simplicity of the product whilst it develops the enhancements.

Method Grid Review Date: May 13 2020
Summary: Our overall experience is very positive and will continue to roll out all our processes to Method Grid
Positive: Method Grid has transformed the way we manage our induction process. We are able to organise and update across all roles their extensive induction process which includes progress charting, self-completion. The element of being able to assign "experts" within the team people can turn to is so useful for new starters. If they want to know more about a certain process or require a better understanding they can go straight to the experts within the business. Feedback from new staff has been so positive with comments like "Fantastic induction process, felt like I was part of a team right from the start".
We are now rolling this out to other areas of the business to standardise and document all processes form new business responses to major tender bids.
Method Grid provided us with some great hands on implementation at the start which accelerated the process and got us up and running quicker, they couldn't be more helpful.
The Grids flow intuitively and are great visually. Adding video clips and other supporting material makes the whole platform super flexible. I would not hesitate to recommend jumping onboard with this platform, it will help build value to the business with well documented, tried and tested processes.Negative: I don't really have any cons other than like any new platform it can be a bit daunting getting it off the ground. But I recommend booking in support from Method Grid right from the start as this will boost your learning exponentially.
