Positive: The Smartsheet platform is incredibly easy to use. The training and onboarding process was simple. Its user interface is minimalistic. Assigning tasks to groups or individuals is incredibly easy. Its to-do tasks reminder works great. Easy to create groups for multiple projects.

Negative: Never faced any major issues while using the Smartsheet platform.

Summary: Smartsheet is an extremely scalable solution for project management. It completely transforms how we were working on projects. The ability to automate assignments makes task management a breeze. Overall, it's the best solution for projects.

Positive: The biggest positive impact we experienced after implementing Smartsheet is team productivity. It enhances our ability and saves lots of time.
The user interface is very responsive. The automation functionality works as promised.

Negative: One small thing that I don't like is the slow loading speed. Sometimes the dashboard text appears very late.

Summary: We use Smartsheet as the main way to manage data, set up calculations and organize and manage all our projects using a very familiar and intuitive interface, something similar to Excel that we have been working with for several years. The customization of each table is amazing and we can differentiate in the same worksheet if we manage several projects online.

Positive: We have automated most concepts with this tool for the usual tasks that need to be organized, the visualization of projects is very linear and neat thanks to all the tools that Smartsheet has provided us since we are using this software. We also get a lot of options to review the calendar and advanced data visualization.

Negative: They should add free synchronizations with Smartsheet, that is the only flaw we see because at least if we want to integrate external software like Zapier we must make a separate payment and that is tedious at times.

Summary: Smartsheet has been a massive benefit for project management, distribution of work teams, tasks, and information to keep productivity high at all times. It has helped us to keep everything organized when working on projects between groups within the same environment. It is a solution to manage projects, assign and perform tasks never stop moving forward in meeting the objectives set in the time set.

Positive: Smartsheet is a valuable and easy-to-use tool for managing projects and working on tasks. Its interface is simple and pleasant, with a design that has allowed us to adapt quickly to its use. Everything becomes easy for my team when it comes to prioritizing and performing tasks, sharing progress, and tracking the progress of each project.

Negative: The lack of customization in the workspaces and its user interface is not the friendliest compared to other project and task management tools. As for its performance, nothing to mention, it is simply excellent.

It would be much better suited to larger companies with a more extensive staff than a small company.

Positive: The interface pleases me a lot has a whole list of tools that provides a unique fluidity to perform specific activities. All the tasks I perform are first entered into this software, and then with much more precision and detail, it adapts to the planning of the projects; it is straightforward.

Negative: The learning curve for those new to project management and who have not had previous contact with similar software will be complicated.

Summary: Smartsheet is an application that we consider quite suitable for managing and administering task assignments and gives us small options in terms of monitoring and evaluation of the assignments made. However, it does not guarantee us a timely audit of the progress of active projects.

Positive: This program allows us to organize projects with management tools in different work environments. It provides us with group collaboration facility to determine tasks and progress list, in addition to having options for a real-time progress report on activity on more assigned tasks. It is a very good option for those organizations that need help to establish clear rules and assignments in terms of tasks to be proposed and provided to collaborators. It has productivity charts and time sheets that measure the effectiveness of work in less or more time.

Negative: This application does not have a tool for assigning real-time follow-up to tasks that have already started, and it lacks the option to view the progress of active tasks. So, it leads us to active supervision by the company since it does not provide us with this benefit.

Summary: The program is very easy to use even though it has a large number of tools, making it an excellent choice in terms of collaboration. In that sense, although it has a fairly high price compared to others, it is an excellent tool for sharing schedules, group projects and to-do lists.

Positive: In more than 160 countries Smartsheet provides the option of collaboration and management of shared information between work teams through an application whose functionality operates in a cloud. Synchronizes and shares modifiable and non-modifiable tasks to collaborators so that they can contribute or be informed of the procedures to be applied within the organization.

Negative: The process becomes tedious and slow when sharing tasks or reports if there are too many to synchronize, which becomes a problem that hinders the productivity of processes and procedures. Likewise, in order to access better tools, customers who use this program should opt for the paid version, which in general terms is not the cheapest on the market.

Summary: Smartsheet has been useful to us since day 1, we improved in theory the online tracking through our own shared database. It is extremely easy to do some collaboration with any colleague on the same sheet which makes the work and time spent more reasonable. We finally managed to get the time tracking of our employees at their workplace online, as well as that of the project consultants. The dashboard function is impressive and allows us to manage the progress of each project.

Positive: We have started with project management and Smartsheet has taken us to another level, it has allowed us to set up Gantt charts in the fastest and most reliable way as this lets us manage projects with scheduling dependencies. It has also allowed us to have more security within our organization, which shows us how to manipulate who edits and who is able to view the spreadsheets.

Negative: Need more fluidity in the mobile application. Also need to update the document export format, sometimes it is quite disastrous and crashes the system.

Summary: If you have problems managing projects with standard tools, try using Smartsheet. It is inexpensive and easy to use. Smartsheet is a very simple tool and I can't think of a situation where it's not useful for the team, but is good for the overall business. We use Smartsheet to support project management within the company so that team members can access specific project "forms" involved in their progress. We can provide the type of access that corresponds to their involvement in the project. In addition to sending them information and update requests directly from Smartsheet, this also saves time from an administration perspective and ensures that all necessary information is aggregated into the tool, rather than scattered in emails. For companies operating in multiple offices, Smartsheet has always been our solution to the project management challenges that arise due to the close collaboration of remote teams.

Positive: Reminders and requests can be sent directly from the tool to team members, which is a great help and one of our company's selling points, especially when choosing Smartsheet. The reminder/request will be sent to the team member's email address with the link to the specific worksheet update required, and once completed, the worksheet owner will be notified that their request has been fulfilled. The following is the basic Microsoft Excel setup. You can also upload Excel files to Smartsheet instead of creating a new sheet from scratch, which is very helpful.

Negative: Certain spreadsheet access and management rules may require some adjustments to work correctly. This can be a situation where more information is provided to administrators so they can better and more effectively enforce it. Smartsheet settings are similar to Excel, but when you load an Excel file, content such as conditional formatting is lost. Smartsheet has its own conditional formatting, you must reset the rules. It would be great if the file was automatically applied after loading.

Summary: Smartsheet has been amazing more so when it comes to work collaboration. From creating projects, assigning, managing, tracking deadline, and completion, every step is flawless.

Positive: The tool is very resourceful and the dashboard is rich with great features.
Managing projects, tracking and collaboration is easy hence improved productivity.

Negative: I have had no problems using Smartsheet. It is a flawless tool.

Summary: I have found Smartsheet to be a reliable and efficient project management software and i like its support for mobile access which allows users full access to their sheets even when on the go. The Gantt charts are very impressive in showing who is working on specific tasks.

Positive: Smartsheet has increased workflow automation and members of a team can report on what they are working on in real-time. It provides robust security and administrative controls that keep documents, files and data secure from cyber theft.

Negative: There is a learning curve for users to be able to use all its vast features.

Summary: I like how i can share large amount of information with my colleagues unlike other similar products.
Also i like how i can easily manage my projects in a very secure way.

Positive: I like how it is easy to use it when it comes to creating and using webforms.
Also Smartsheet has really being good especially when it comes to collaborating projects.

Negative: So far i haven't experienced any problem, it's the best.

Summary: What i like most about it is that one can easily track if a project has an issue while working with it.
It's user friendly and easy to use compared to any other similar products.

Positive: With Smartsheet one can easily manage huge projects at ease and manage all the task that are required.
