    Summary: With Medallia we are able to collect customer feedback about our work by inserting a survey page on the marketing's email. The development of the feedback page is easy and noncoding. Overall, Medallia is excellent. It helps to collect client opinions.

    Positive: Easy to develop a feedback page using its noncoding procedure.
    It has a wide customisation option in the form generation.
    Can be inserted into marketing emails.
    The response is centralized on one page and easy to view.

    Negative: It would be great if they offer option to remove watermarks. No other cons.
