Negative: With my great encounters using M-Files, I cannot think of any flaw. This software is more than great.

    Scale-able to your needs

    Date: Jun 22 2020

Summary: M-Files has changed the way I view my business. We used to get documents into our email, then print them or forward them to someone else. Things had a tendency to get lost or misplaced.
Now the emails go directly into M-Files (with a special email account), which kicks off a workflow in our office that alerts the appropriate person that there is something to do. Once they are done, it goes to the next person, and so on. At the end there is a report that can tell us who touched it, when it was moved to and from each department. It also will alert us if something has been waiting too long, it's saved us a lot of time and money.

Positive: Easy to use, if you can use Google, you can use M-Files.
The idea of using metadata instead of a file structure is very intelligent.
Everything I need to know about my customers, their bills and emails are all in one place. No going to multiple programs/applications to get the full scope of their business.

Negative: Takes a little bit of time to re-think document management.
