Summary: Overall I can only recommend it. Very easy of use and practical and certainly helps a lot with organization.
Positive: Very easy use and nice features included. The customer service is amazing by the fast answers.Basically : Features all included & extreme easy of use. Highly recommend!
Negative: You need to login every time. it can be time consuming.

Summary: Overall, LiveAgent is very beneficial in creating a relationship between a company and its consumers, and you can use multiple languages and manage them in one place. All your work gets streamlined and easy.
Positive: -It is effortless to use. Learning it was as easy as learning how to use email.
-Hybrid ticket feature is amazing. The conversation starts with live chat and then gets transferred to emails.
-LiveAgent support is beneficial and very fast in solving your problems.Negative: -The feature to change or edit the tag after creating them was missing.

The interface is nice and gives what it promises.Positive: Suppose you run a business and need a platform so you do not miss even a single query of your customers. Moreover, if you need every query categorized, everything can be done with the help of LiveAgent.
Negative: In need to provide support or integration with more social platforms and businesses are moving towards them people mostly contact from there.

Summary: Our overall experience has been pleasant, and generally it meets our daily needs with the tags and ticketing features.
Positive: For someone that is not super tech savvy, it is fairly easy to use and adapt. Also enjoy the ticketing inclusive feature.
Negative: The reports could be a little more enhanced, along with customer service via phone.

Summary: Overall I'm pleased with LiveAgent, but please, please get an updated module so LiveAgent works with my OpenCart3 websites so I can use LiveAgent to it's full potential.
Positive: The customer support of LA is great. Quick answers to questions and help if needed. They have helped me with workarounds to get LiveAgent to work on my OpenCart3 website. Having the workaround means I cannot use the full potential of LiveAgent.
Negative: I have been asking for an update for their OpenCart plugin for over a year now. LiveAgent only supports OpenCart2 and I need it to be updated to be suitable for OpenCart3. That's a real bummer.

Summary: Huge improvement from Freshchat. They have the base features we needed covered and were easy to setup.
Positive: They handle offline tickets really well, which was a big concern for us. It was also super easy to get setup and the team started on answering chats. We were using Freshchat and it was horrible. Wish we would have switched sooner.
Negative: Isn't the cheapest and you need to upgrade to get access to stuff that i think should be in the lower tier.
