Summary: Really bad customer service and unethical billing practices.
Positive: Initially i thought it could be useful for data capture but their recent shady billing practices has showed me they are not professional and not to be trusted.
Negative: Charged my card and refused to refund. I shared my logs and that I haven't used their tool and wanted to cancel. They refused saying their a SAAS and were trying to push me to subscribe to their $1 a month plan. Very bad customer service, they're clearly a small amateur company and desperate for people's money. I wouldn't recommend using it. .theboomerang.co is far cheaper and they don't try and get money out of you when you're not using their services.

Horrendous Customer Service Date: Dec 31 2024
Summary: Horrendous.
Positive: Would be a great tool when executed properly. The tool would be exceptionally useful, if they have the proper support system to ensure their fulfillment team executes properly. If the company would take better care of the individuals who have already paid them, their retention rates would be much higher with a higher referral rate. If they executed properly, my organization would have referred over 1500 marketing agencies in their direction that are current clients.
Negative: Customer service is absolutely deplorable. Prior to launching, they should approve the messaging prior to launching the campaign. If they mess up, they don't take ownership of the issue, they simply offer a slight discount and threaten to cancel your subscription and make you pay your setup fee again.
