Summary: Overall, this is a great product. Amazing look-a-like . segmentation, etc. This is a 10/10 if you are looking for ecommerce leads.
Positive: Imagine Built With on steroids... that's charm. The BEST tool to find your real ecommerce ICP leads. Nothing beats it.
Negative: I wish Charm had more contacts and contact info. Best for lead generation, could improve on contact generation.

A unique platform Date: Dec 01 2022
Summary: Good pricing, friendly team to work with, and a powerful tool for our company. I'm glad that we found Charm.
Positive: Our company utilizes several databases for prospecting, but Charm is the only platform that allows us to filter by "website traffic", which is a tremendously important stat for us. But beyond that, they have a lot of unique filters related to social media that we are planning to utilize to build out our sales pipeline.
Negative: The only current inconvenience I experience is that there is no filtering by "job title" yet. However, this is a very minor inconvenience. Depending on how you plan on using Charm, this may be a non-factor. The team at Charm has been very receptive to our input and I'm told they're working on implementing this feature in the near future.
