Summary: Overall it's an excellent application for finding connections. It allowed my organization to direct my communication much easier rather than sending out a blind email to an entire company. Though it is expensive to utilize it is one of the best at what it does on the market!
Positive: I was able to find individuals within organizations that were most related to our organization and products to create more constructive conversations and relationship building. Zoominfo allowed me to tear through the weeds and find the right people to talk to fast!
Negative: There was much of the software that went underutilized by my organization. I know there was much to offer (which reflects in the price you pay), but I found myself only needing a portion of the output.

Summary: Absolutely great data for company research and insights prior to and during engagements. Lots of on demand tools and automation data.
Positive: Great reliable contact data for connecting with decision makers and influencers are target companies. Also the intent feature is very powerful and gives great insights on potential opportunities.
Negative: Mobile app is more difficult to navigate than the full website. Price is high.

Summary: Overall it has been amazing and it has helped us close some new business as well as find customers we never even knew we had or that we could reach out to.
Positive: What pros aren't there for this software! We just inked our deal about 2 months back and I can find everything on a company! Everything about their staff, email address. Also, we have website tracking with them as well. So I know after I email someone and they click our links.
Negative: No cons with Zoominfo! The best tool a Sales professional could ask for! If this can't close deals for you then you shouldn't be in sales!
