Excellent platform for communication Date: Nov 28 2020
Summary: Lark is my favorite tool for communications these days. It has an excellent interface to communicate with your team, share documents and work on common files. It is free for the most part too!
Positive: I was pretty impressed with all that Lark has to offer. It has a great interface that's easily navigable. The chat interface is pretty cool , with features to reply to chosen messages, and also allows you to 'tick off' conversations that are over. It also has a built-in document sharer to share all sorts of files with your group, complete with comments and private drives. The video calling facility works great even on slow networks. Custom emoji reactions to chats are another feature I love.
Negative: I haven't had any major cons for Lark. But the chat interface on video conferences is pretty small, which makes it difficult to navigate through the messages.
