    Summary: Overall experience is very good and encouraging. Team and peers feel motivated as these kudos gets converted into monitory benefits as well in out organization.

    Positive: Good way to appreciate your team, colleagues or peers. It makes them feel special and keep them motivated.
    Very easy to use and share your gratitude.

    Negative: Not been able to find any major or significant cons. Probably UI can be improved to have more attractive look and feel.

    Positive: I love that we can acknowledge others by giving the kudos points. Kudos can be very encouraging to others.

    Negative: Iʻm only allowed to give 100 points per month. Wish I had more.

    Amazing platform!

    Summary: This is the first time I use this platform because I'm currently working in an international company and it's been really easy to use it, it has nice features and it's a nice way to recognize your colleagues' work. I still haven't redeemed my points so I can't say anything about that yet.

    Positive: It's super easy to use and it's a great way to let your colleagues know how much you appreciate their effort and how it is to be working with them.

    Negative: It would be nice to have some more qualities to select and to have more options to redeem points (probably this depends on the country).

    Impactful way to show appreciation

    Summary: Positive reinforcement. Basically it's a communication platform. User friendly software. Very easily we can appreciate peers at work. Can be used on various devices like iOS, mobile web, Android, TV and cards. It helps us to keep our team members highly motivated.

    Positive: Kudos helps us to focus on employee relationship and organisation culture. Some of its features are deep reporting, communication tools and quickly integration. It also allows us certificates, service rewards and manager badges. It's very easy to manage, flexible and easily customisable.

    Negative: Everything about this software, I loved it. Nothing to dislike.
