Summary: Overall it's fun and having the best time with it and the treats i.e the gift cards are really amazing!

Positive: The UI is simple and understandable and really this concept is fun, sharing and receiving kudos with the honest appreciation makes the day better.

Negative: No idea about the iOS app but the Android seems a bit laggy.

Summary: Exciting and motivational. And I believe that it should be introduced to all businesses as a form of building relationships between employers, employees and divisions within the business.

Positive: Kudos is fun, resourceful and gives one motivation towards performing better. And it also help in building relationships.

Negative: Nothing so far as the site provides complements and motivation.

Summary: Since Kudos exists in our company, helping feels a lot better. Now our teammates realize the impact of their work, it is a way to make them feel special in a tangible way.

Positive: I believe Kudos is an amazing way to thank your teamwork, you can change anyone's mood with just one message.
I like how you have to choose upon 4 different categories, depending on how many kudos you want to send and how you can ad good vibes with amazing gifs.
There're many ways to exchange your Kudos like amazon gift cards, XBOX, VISA, etc.

Negative: I wish I have more kudos for all the team members I want to thank.
The kudos I forgot to send should stay for the next month.

Summary: In general, it is a great tool to incentivize work and receive a reward for good work or performance both personally and as part of a team.

Positive: I really like the part that besides working with pleasure, you receive kudos that encourage you to keep working hard.

Negative: That we have few to give that sometimes we don't have enough Kudos for everyone on the team and we have to leave them out of the distribution.

Summary: I love it. Not only do I get to say a job well done but I get to express it differently. What more can you ask for.

Positive: I love the opportunity to recognize individuals just for the simple things. It's "Thank you" made simple. A few simple clicks and kudos points add up.

Negative: I take a while to amass the points for what you may want. There is only a small selection of items out there.

Positive: Kudos is east to use, and I try to "use up" all my points to give each month. It's nice to recognize someone who goes above and beyond in their job!

Negative: I wish we could have awards for 100 points, instead of 20, 50 then 150.

Summary: Kudos is very effective for recognizing individuals at work. Often times, hard work goes unnoticed while slacking off is tolerated, but Kudos is a great tool to give someone a shout out whether it is big or small. It also provides a fun medium for developing good work relationships, since you can add gifs, stickers, and emojis - it's an easy way to express your gratitude and make someone's day better. I'm happy with my company's efforts to recognize hard work and foster healthy employee relations, and I think Kudos plays a big role in that.

Negative: Sometimes the feed displays posts from weeks or months ago randomly interspersed with current, chronological posts, which makes it confusing.

Summary: Overall, it's a great tool, and I would recommend it. It's a good way for employees to engage with each other (especially for remote employees, but also for those that don't see each other as frequently), to get a good sense of the culture, and feel involved.

Positive: Kudos is very user-friendly, and has a great interface similar to the early days of Facebook. It's a great way for employees to engage with each other, promote positive interactions, and feel that they're receiving rewards from the company and from fellow employees.

Negative: The time limit of when the points to reward others with resets at 5pm Mountain Time, which isn't obvious until it's missed. And this is likely an internal process, but there should be a monthly reminder to give out Kudos points before the end of the month.

Summary: I love Kudos, I use it everyday and strongly recommend it. It's a great way to express your appreciation to your colleagues and also redeem your Kudos for rewards.

Positive: Kudos is a great way to connect with my team and make people feel appreciated. I can redeem for awesome rewards!!! You can send private or public messages and Kudos, it 's a great function to be able to customize the messages.

Negative: I wish a description wasn’t necessary in order to send Kudos.

Summary: Using this product is a lot of fun. I also enjoy receiving Kudos from fellow Chewtopians. Makes my day a bit brighter.

Summary: I love that I can give my team the right recognition and uplift their spirits when the work assigned is a huge chunk but the team manages and delivers before time. Now to thank each one personally would be a task and emails are something that I personally find boring. So KUDOS ! One stop for happiness and recognition in your organisation.
