Positive: i like that you can see whats going on with in the company and ppl are quick to answer question or just say hi!

Negative: None at all the program is great for me and has a lot of info.

Summary: Generally, "Kudos" is an initiative to change the behaviors and create a rewarding culture. It works!

Positive: It motivates me to thank. Within the month, I track the behaviors of my stakeholders to recognize...

Negative: Sometimes seeing people's fake "thank-you" messages irritate me.

Summary: My overall experience is great and a great tool to use and strongly recommend for businesses to use.

Positive: That you can give recognition to your peers for all the good work done, you can write a general message and get points that can qualify to get gift cards for use.

Negative: So far I enjoy Kudos very much and I do not see anything that is defective.

Summary: In summary, I believe this program should be available to employees of all companies. This enables each employee to share an encouraging word or send accolades for a job well done and so many other occasions.

Positive: This is a great program for co workers to acknowledge each other with ease. It is an immediate notification and the rewards are great.

Negative: No ability to edit kudos posts in case of a typo for a post. Need more variety of gifs to add to the post. As an admin, the navigation is slow and needs to be faster.

Summary: So much fun, really enjoy having this. Added incentives in a job are always so exciting. Public appreciation of a job well done can be such a confidence boost.

Positive: I think Kudos is great. It is a great way to recognize your co-workers and peers. I enjoy the sort of public setting of it. It lets others see, hey this person is really doing great work.

It's really important as an employee to feel like I am appreciated for the work I do. The point system may seem silly or small to some. But being recognized for hard-work, after say a trying day, is just a total mental game changer.

Negative: So far I do not have any cons. But I have to fill the space, so I guess I would say changing the points to reflect the 'reward' for example, X - comment is = 50 points to give. I don't have 50 points, but someone went above and beyond. It would be nice to have that removed and choose our own amount to give.

Summary: Again! This is a great tool to have and i think all companies should have this tool. It's a great way to acknowledge co-workers!!!

Positive: We all love kudos! It's always a great feeling to receive a Kudo! We are always acknowledging all the hard work we do through Kudos!! It really is a great tool to have in the workplace. Al ot of times work gets busy and it's nice to give and receive acknowledgements on our hard work!

Negative: I don't really have any cons. You get to turn in your kudos and receive gift cards! I'm sorry but i don't have any cons.

Summary: Will continue to use Kudos every chance I get as a way to help encourage coworkers to keep up the good work.

Positive: Kudos are awesome. Lets you build up an amount and cash out on a large number of items. Like Amazon Buffalo Wild Wings, advance auto parts.

Negative: That’s it’s limited to only giving 100 per month.

When you don't have kudos is very sad... the only thing that maybe can improve is in Mexico doesn't have a lot of change options.
