It has been great to learn about the unique moments of recognition that occur throughout the organization. This tool helps with various categories of recognition. It is the best platform to recognize your teammates.

Positive: I love that it allows you to see previous recognitions very easily. Offer great incentives to our associates for the wonderful work they do every day. I love being able to show my appreciation to my colleagues who go the extra mile. It provides various types of recognition and allows you to upload images and multimedia files. I like that there are many recognition categories to choose from.

Negative: I would like to see the deadline extended for some items. It would be nice if there were more general options available for redeeming points. I wish there were fewer steps in the process.

I have found this to be a useful tool to quickly recognize great work, it helps you improve relationships with other departments. Negative: Sometimes people expect too much from these awards. The employee search function could be a little better at times. I wish there were more designations for awarding. It would be nice if there were more general options available for redeeming points.

Negative: I have had really wonderful experiences working with Kudos. I have nothing negative to say here, on the contrary, I am very happy to have chosen this platform, they have done everything possible to meet the needs of the company.

Negative: I have honestly not found anything I dislike about the program.

Summary: Great tool and really amazing! We really have this great platform and supports well, Loved all the redeemed options.

Positive: Solid platform to encourage employees within organization and appreciate hard work . It has really been a great working environment.

Negative: Less redeemable options but can improve, Mobile app is not at all user friendly.

Summary: I'm quite satisfied about Kudos but there are some areas to improve like I mentioned above. My Kudos are depend on my colleagues. For instance if they forgot to give me Kudos than I will not get any.

Positive: - I can appreciate my colleagues by giving them kudos
- I can buy products which I like not paying any additional money

Negative: - Not enough shops/places to exchange kudos comparing to MyBenefits (I don't know if it's depend on my company or country)
- I don't receive Kudos automatically but only if other colleagues give me points

Summary: Overall It is a wonderful tool to give recognition and appreciation for the work and support you got from fellow colleagues.

Positive: It's a nice way to show your colleagues how much you admire them and recognize the effort and appreciate the work they do.
I also like there are multiple options we have to choose from for using the points you receive.

Negative: Local gift should be available.
First time user get confused so they should provide little overview to new user.

Summary: My overall experience has been positive. It's a fun, convenient way to recognize your colleagues when they go out of their way to help, or show consideration or kindness, or is proactive with good information.

There're so many options for redeeming your points.

Negative: You can't accumulate your points if you don't use it within a month so sometimes if we want to spend more points during a period, we can't do that if we're out of points but sometimes we still have remaining points for a month.

Summary: Good! I like this platform, great work! I will recommend it to others I know as it makes people feel valued and appreciated.

Positive: It really helps to deliver great reviews to team members and be able to give them something too! Great platform.

Negative: There are a few too many boxes in the layout. Lots of scrolling, could be easier to find certain things.
