Summary: Working for a MSP this was our bread and butter application. On the most basic level, it allowed us to remote into a client computer to help them, fix things, update software, run patches, ensure security was being maintained and much more. The ability for many of these functions to be automated and notifications to be set up was also utilized although I am sure there was more we didn't take advantage of.
Positive: Very easy deployment. So many add ons and other applications that could be deployed and ran through Kaseya. Ability to remote into client computers and even communicate with them while doing so.
Negative: Can't really think of too much that I didn't like about Kaseya. Used it every day and probably only used 30% of the features it had to offer.
