    Summary: KACE SMA is an all-in-one solution that allows a small team to manage endpoints easily (in our case, around 200)
    We use the software to deploy programs, Windows and application patching, manage contracts and run the IT Help Desk. Having this comprehensive solution means we don't have to flick between programs and run different systems. Everything is in the one spot.

    When I changed jobs a few years ago, I implemented KACE as one of my first tasks and it has become an invaluable piece of technology.

    Positive: Great Support.
    Easy to setup and get running.
    Once it is working there is nothing to worry about.
    Always new features coming.
    Great all in one solution.
    Excellent reporting.

    Negative: Steep learning curve - it really pays to understand the software.
    Does lack some nice features, but always being upgraded.
    Can be a little confusing.

    Everything I need in a few clicks.
    Interface clear.
    All modules are included, no hidden costs.

    Negative: Some resources missing, like chatbot, hint in fields on form and more colors themes.
