Summary: My experience with InMotion has been very positive. As I have stated, the customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Positive: I have three accounts on slightly different packages with inMotion. They all provide the maximum benefits for the monthly costs. I've only had issues on one account with the auto installation of the free SSL certificates. Their support system is responsive and effective.

Negative: I have one account with about 24 domains attached. The auto SSL doesn't always update for each of the domains. Because InMotion does this update once a month, and at a different time of the month for each domain, I don't know it is an issue until my client contacts me. InMotion's SSL tool fixes the problem quickly, but it would be nice to either have the SSL renew once a year or have them renew at the same time each month so they could easily be monitored.

Summary: Overall its been a positive experience but just wish there was more flexibility in their renewal program. Several times I contacted to try and negotiate what was a market rate, they insisted on a renewal price way above the initial price and above the market for similar services.

Positive: USA based support and easy to contact.
Support is very helpful and goes out of their way to help.
Speed for VPN is good.
Good online database of FQA and knowledge.
Uses C-Panel.

Negative: Moved to a ticket only system so cannot call.
Renewal rates are way above initial rates and higher than competition.
Unwilling to negotiate on renewal prices.

Summary: I did that in the "Pros." I've been with InMotion Hosting for many years and always, but *always* got good, prompt, very responsive service whenever I needed it.

Negative: I have nothing to really complain about except the devilish hackers who spread malware, the inability of email filters to do what you ask them to, and the world being taken over by pre-adolescent robots.

Of course, we ALL are living in an increasingly struggling with the crazy threat of the economy aggressively complicating all our lives ever faster, both in what we do and don't do, at exponential (i.e., regularly doubling) rates. It's the faster and faster reorganization of every way of life on earth that causes the most real damage and creates the increasing risk of global economic collapse. I've studied it with the right tools to learn what trap we fell into and how and why we have not noticed nature's quite reliable solution. At the limits of growth, changing the plan.

How all successful systems of any kind work is as a whole, with all the parts filling in where new connections are needed, creating the system's resilience and allowing it to be agile in adapting to change. So, that's what's not reliably working out anymore. Now, we see the systemic breakdown and dissociation of the whole world's past way of living spreading everywhere.

Summary: InMotion Hosting is a solid choice for businesses and individuals seeking dependable web hosting services.

Positive: I have been with InMotion for about four years. I am thrilled with the services that I received.

I believe their customer service is fantastic, which is one reason I stay; I know I can find hosting cheaper elsewhere, but the customer service keeps me with them.

Negative: Love all for now! So far, I cannot complain at all. If there was an issue, i would say.

Summary: Every time over the last 6 years I've had a problem with one of my websites, InMotion support is available 7x24 to diagnose and fix the issue, even those created by my inadvertent changes to the site. They've restored from backups, rolled back versions. Things that would have taken me time to learn in just minutes.

Positive: Sites are always up when we need them. Great 7x24 technical support. Wide range of web and application expertise. Always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are running at maximum efficiency.

Negative: It would be nice if all domains had their own root in the www file system. There is one root domain in the file system and the root files for all other domains are below the main root.

Summary: Excellent service I would only repeat it works well, reliable, low cost and many options should I wish to do more.

Positive: UP time is virtually 100% the very few times I had issues or questions, they were promptly and satisfactory solved.
The fact their cost are low is another plus, is it not?

Negative: Nothing at the moment comes to mind as a negative.

Positive: I switched from one of the "big boys" in hosting to InMotion Hosting - this was now years ago. I've stayed because their service is fast, reliable AND when I have a question, they are THERE TO HELP (and often go above and beyond.) A truly superior company.

Negative: None.

In 10 years, I only experience 3 o 4 times lost connection for a few hours in my servers.

Positive: Is the best support that I know.
Efficient cpanel.
Can have different servers sellers, VPS, dedicated with a same account and can be administrator in different panels and in independence form.

Negative: It's a little expensive but it's the best hosting service that I ever used.

Summary: InMotion Hosting isn't just a hosting provider; it's a partner in success. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch hosting services.

Positive: Unwavering reliability, excellent control panel packed with an array of tools and software applications as well as very competitive pricing.

Negative: I don't have any suggestions for improvement. The services, support, tools and applications provide everything I need.

Summary: Great value for the money, I love that they're not spammy and answer all my questions when I call in. They've been pretty quick thus far, longest request I had was a server migration (it was quicker to do it myself vs wait for their team to have time to do it... they have a lot more customer now then before).

Positive: I've really enjoyed working with dedicated server support, they've helped me so much when I was in a bind (and I am truly grateful). I haven't had much need for triage because their products are well built and work as promised... plus, I'm not doing crazy things to "break stuff". Highly recommend their dedicated services for servers.

Negative: I was charged once more money over a couple of months without knowing it was going to happen, there was a price increase without warning. They did, however, correct the issue and ultimately I ended up going with a newer product that was less expensive than holding onto my legacy package. So that may be a downside, they'll up-charge you when they want you to move to a new product they're pushing (and you're on an old legacy product they want to get rid of and not support anymore).

Summary: The tech support is everything for this not-so-technical website owner. Good pricing, and automated billing.

Positive: Super friendly and helpful tech support team. I've had to approach them a couple times when changing pcs and forgetting how to set everything up.

Negative: Not happy with the interface for the emails. They were helpful in getting me set up in Windows Mail, but now that I see we're forced to move to Outlook, and I've heard it doesn't support many email addresses.

Summary: Very helpful reps, service is always up, secure, and easy to use for newbies. All the needs are on here so no need to worry about setting up sites.

Positive: Hosting's amp is practical, very easy to use. Offers are great for non-profits. Most of all, tech support is very responsive. Chat and emails are very well responded to, especially if there are issues. Among other hosts we use, InMotion Hosting is our top 1.

Negative: A bit pricey, especially after the initial offers but has to be manageable eventually if planned out the sustainability after the three-year initial purchase.

Summary: I am happy to have my website with them even if at time needs to wait for someone to help me, but once this happens they are very friendly and helpful.

Positive: For some years I have been using InMotion Hosting, with a very good experience. They are very helpful every time that I need support.

Negative: Perhaps need more support IT as not to wait much, since at time I can be on the phone for over 5 minutes.

Summary: InMotion was suggested to me many years ago. The person reviewing couldn't stop raving about them. How often does that really occur? So, I took the plunge. Now I can't stop raving about them.

Positive: If I were going to define the very top standard of service, I would start by looking at InMotion Hosting. I'm not trying to just be nice. I was a strategy and turnaround consultant and executive for many years. Their customer service is incredible. There are no "tech egotists" there like with 99% of the other IT firms. They are problem solvers and solution providers.

Negative: The only con is that isn't easy free - but then it would be outstanding.
