Negative: I occasionally received spam from someone appearing to be InMotion Hosting. I wish they would not send out any messages without a message on their website where we can very the veracity of the email.

Summary: I've been using InMotion Hosting company for about 8 years or so now and they have never failed on me. The company I work for uses InMotion as a third-party hosting provider. I have recommended InMotion to several people including my wife, her business partners, friends of mine.. I actually should get a referral commission from InMotion :D --- Review title says it all: best hosting company out there. Highly recommended!

Positive: Their tech support is superb! Not only they're all knowledgeable but also their response time is super fast. 99% of the time I contact them via Support Chat, and I get things resolved very quick. Servers up-time is pretty much 100%. Prices are just right.

Negative: None that I can think of.

Negative: What ever they are doing to provide this great service, they are not sharing with other hosting companies. I wish other hosting companies have the same level of service.

Negative: Sometimes the wait times for chat tech support are a bit long. But generally speaking service is prompt.

Summary: I have used InMotion for over 9 years and prior to that I had no experience with them. When I took over website responsibilities, InMotion made the transition very easy.

Positive: I use the file manager to upload files to our website. The InMotion site has always been available when I needed it. The tools available are massive and intuitive to use. I highly recommend them as a hosting service.

Negative: I don't have anything that would qualify as a "con". Their site is great.

Summary: My experience with InMotion has been very positive. As I have stated, the customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Positive: I have three accounts on slightly different packages with inMotion. They all provide the maximum benefits for the monthly costs. I've only had issues on one account with the auto installation of the free SSL certificates. Their support system is responsive and effective.

Negative: I have one account with about 24 domains attached. The auto SSL doesn't always update for each of the domains. Because InMotion does this update once a month, and at a different time of the month for each domain, I don't know it is an issue until my client contacts me. InMotion's SSL tool fixes the problem quickly, but it would be nice to either have the SSL renew once a year or have them renew at the same time each month so they could easily be monitored.

Summary: Overall its been a positive experience but just wish there was more flexibility in their renewal program. Several times I contacted to try and negotiate what was a market rate, they insisted on a renewal price way above the initial price and above the market for similar services.

Negative: I have nothing to really complain about except the devilish hackers who spread malware, the inability of email filters to do what you ask them to, and the world being taken over by pre-adolescent robots.

Of course, we ALL are living in an increasingly struggling with the crazy threat of the economy aggressively complicating all our lives ever faster, both in what we do and don't do, at exponential (i.e., regularly doubling) rates. It's the faster and faster reorganization of every way of life on earth that causes the most real damage and creates the increasing risk of global economic collapse. I've studied it with the right tools to learn what trap we fell into and how and why we have not noticed nature's quite reliable solution. At the limits of growth, changing the plan.

How all successful systems of any kind work is as a whole, with all the parts filling in where new connections are needed, creating the system's resilience and allowing it to be agile in adapting to change. So, that's what's not reliably working out anymore. Now, we see the systemic breakdown and dissociation of the whole world's past way of living spreading everywhere.
