Summary: InMotion was suggested to me many years ago. The person reviewing couldn't stop raving about them. How often does that really occur? So, I took the plunge. Now I can't stop raving about them.

Positive: If I were going to define the very top standard of service, I would start by looking at InMotion Hosting. I'm not trying to just be nice. I was a strategy and turnaround consultant and executive for many years. Their customer service is incredible. There are no "tech egotists" there like with 99% of the other IT firms. They are problem solvers and solution providers.

Negative: The only con is that isn't easy free - but then it would be outstanding.

Summary: Exception and very happy with continuation of In motion hosting beyond the 15 years of excellent service.

Positive: As someone who has utilized hosting from In Motion for over 15 years there are an "Excellent with customer service operation on support and sales and service" is very good questions and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Value of hosting is exceptional compared to other hosing company. In motion is a cut above.

Negative: Go back to live help late evenings and weekend.
Offer training on how to use all products available.
Options for little more deeper assistance on commonly used applications like Wordpress and popular plugins.

Summary: Been with InMotion Hosting for years. Very happy hosts my service without annoying me with marketing emails etc.

Positive: - InMotion has helped me fix back end website errors when I called for tech support.
- Service just works, hosting my low-volume forum website, leaving me to basically ignore the hosting aspect.
- Whenever I do call for any kind of support, the agent is helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Negative: Because I so infrequently go to my dashboard, sometimes I have to search for what I am looking for. That's mostly my problem, though.

Summary: In an age of enshittification, InMotion Hosting has had none of that. As a long-time customer, I can say their service is unexcelled in uptime, support, consistent performance, and overall user-friendliness. As an amateur, I am extremely grateful for this.

Positive: Timely support.
No constant tricky upselling.
Generous plans.
Consistent service.
Very fair, affordable rates.

Negative: None at all.

Summary: Refreshingly friendly and competent. I do not have the time or inclination to become a computer expert. InMotion's service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, personal service over the phone anytime day or night for as long as it takes to solve a problem.

Summary: In Motion hosting does such a great job that I don’t even think about them until a renewal notice comes in! Thank you!

Negative: Complicated interface. Cpanel and Amp are confusing.

Summary: After a difficult history with several unreliable hosting firms, our experience with InMotion Hosting has been the Holy Grail we have been hoping to find.

Positive: 1. The product range offers a fit for almost everyone, at a prices that fit comfortably.
2. The support team is excellent: fast, efficient, professional, caring, knowledgeable, courteous, dedicated problem-solvers.

Negative: In 2023 InMotion reduced its live telephone support availability hours. No longer phone available 24/7 means at nights and on weekends getting support by chat or by filing a service ticket to receive an email response. When I'm overseas several time zones away, getting InMotion's fast phone support is now quite limited during daytime hours and must be carefully planned.

Summary: InMotion Hosting has been a dream to work with. Their product and support are outstanding. Working with their team is always a great experience. They have solved every issue I have encountered and, at times, I believe they have provided me service beyond what is within their scope to provide. I am greatly appreciative of everything they have done to keep my systems up and running. I have been with Inmotion for many years now and, even though I have looked at pricing with competitors, I still remain with InMotion Hosting because they have provided me the best service I have ever had. Outside of maintenance I haven't really had any outage issues so they seem to maintain a hardened service on the back-end.

Positive: Outstanding service and an easy to use interface that makes it simple and fast to support my systems. It is easy to navigate to where I need to go and I am able to access it on all of my devices. InMotion Hosting provides all the features I need to run my systems effectively and efficiently so I am very happy with their service.

Negative: InMotion Hosting is always responsive so I really don't have any cons. They have solved any issues I have ever had.

Summary: Excellent. No complaints of any sort at all. InMotion Hosting is the absolute best provider among a few I've dealt with over the last 20 years. Bar none!

Positive: The service by InMotion Hosting is great both through the live and the chat support. I recommend this company highly.

Negative: They decided to forego the 24-hour live service and not offer it on weekends either. We weren't even informed of it, whereas I think we should've been sent an email about it. Not even one word. I hope the upper management changes its policy and informs customers about such important matters. Having said that, I am still very grateful for the great service they've been able to provide. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help and fix things. Their support staff are competent and knowledgeable. Overall, I couldn't be happier. :)

Summary: Of all the tech companies I deal with (and I've dealt with many) InMotion is my number one favorite--and a lot of that is the support staff. Whoever hires that crew and whoever manages them deserves a lot of credit. InMotion may be the best tech recommendation I ever received and I'm happy to pass that recommendation along.

Positive: I literally like everything about InMotion. I've been a customer for some 14 years. In that time, I've set up a number of small businesses with sites on their service as well as a number of my own. Everyone is quite happy with them. Their site is easy to navigate, is full featured, well-designed. But what I love the most about them is their support. Best support I've ever experienced. They saved me on a Thanksgiving day when I got in over my head. They really go the extra mile and are always patient. They are truly the foundation that a lot of the work I do sits on, so their reliability is essential.

Negative: I've wracked my brain and can't come up with one. I don't think I've ever come away with a bad experience. None of the people/small companies I've ever set up with them has had a single problem or complaint.

Summary: I am very pleased with InMotion Hosting and wish the company continued success so I can continue to thrive with my business.

Positive: I use technology often, but I am a content provider, not a techie. As I see it, technology and my car are one and the same. I require both to live my life and conduct business, but I have limited knowledge of what's under the hood. Reliability and outstanding service are why I choose InMotion Hosting to host multiple websites for my clients and my communication needs. The service people at InMotion Hosting are phenomenal. For close to two decades, I have called upon the company's technical support team for assistance and have consistently encountered individuals who are attentive, courteous, competent, and kind. In an era where too many businesses are turning to robots and AI to interact with customers, it is wonderful to talk with another human being and get the service I need -- and sometimes service I didn't know I needed. I will continue to be with InMotion Hosting because they operate with the knowledge that business begins and ends with people.

Negative: This is not really a con, but I hope InMotion Hosting will continue to develop learning guides and videos that explain various components and operations for customers, like me, who are not tech-savvy.

Summary: Number one in all their services including hosting and site design and especially tech support! Very knowledgeable in all areas.

Positive: InMotion Hosting has always been available for me to ask questions or address problems. I have never had a problem with their techs or service providers. It is my pleasure to refer people to them!

Negative: Recently they started not be available for tech support on weekends and that was heart breaking but I do understand that they have families too!

Summary: Good price, great customer service, they helped me fast and correctly. No downtime, good communication.

Positive: I have built my first website a couple of years ago and I chose InMotion Hosting. I had numerous challenges on the way and I could reach out anytime for help to their customer service stuff. I have got the help and guidelines I needed to deal with my problems. They have very good and detailed instruction videos to show you the solution for everything!

Negative: I am not an expert so I can't judge the company. Sure they have some areas to become better but for me it is all good.

Summary: I love InMotion! Patient, friendly tech support. Never condescending. Have used this company for over 15 years.

Positive: We would all live in peace and harmony. I do not update my sites very often, so sometimes I forget over the long interims how to do things. Every time I call for help, the tech support staff is so patient with me, and never condescending. I also appreciate that they seem to have a lot of female techs. While the guys are always quite respectful at InMotion specifically, that is not the case everywhere. So I always hate having to run to guys for tech help. It makes me feel small, and frustrated about socialization around tech. Whenever a female tech staff helps me, I am cheering inside. We will get there, grrrrls!

Negative: I can probably get cheaper hosting at this point. I have had this hosting company for over 15 years, when there were fewer options, and I had to host video on my own server! No YouTube or Vimeo back then. Because they have been so helpful, reliable, and available for support, though, I have never bothered shopping for a cheaper option.

Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend InMotion to anyone looking for hosting services. The availability 24-7 is on point for our business. We have a small staff and having the InMotion help when we need it is great.

Positive: They really work hard to keep everything up and running. I've had phone assistance and also used chat, and it's always been a positive experience. Our website went down and we weren't able to figure out exactly what happened. We suspected a hack but weren't sure. The InMotion guys went above and beyond to help me get everything back online. The assistance with email questions has been very good as well.

Negative: There is some variance in how knowledgable the team is, and sometimes there is a long wait in the queue, but they always strive to make your experience as good as possible.
