Positive: When I need for tech assistance I am quickly put in touch with a fluent English speaking person. Thank you very much.

Negative: No cons to think of.

Summary: I am very pleased with the stability of the stack, the technical support I have received, the responsiveness of that support (and the multiple options to get support) and the value received for what I have paid.

Positive: The absolute best thing about InMotion Hosting is the tech support. I have a VPS account and while I am fairly technically savvy I'm definitely not a full on network system administrator. Every time I've reached out for support it has been quick and correct on as well as friendly. They offer a lot of services for free as part of the overall stack management.

Negative: I haven't found any cons that are worth mentioning. Seriously.

Summary: I was using two competitor's products for 18 years, and now with InMotion since 2016. It's a night and day difference on every level.

Positive: Hosting and e-mail are excellent, the cost is reasonable, customer service is U. S. based and excellent.

Negative: Since the pandemic, customer service is no longer 24 hours.

Summary: Long years ago, I vaguely remembering doing some pretty deep research before finding a new host. That research paid off (hence my pleasure at providing a good review)!

I'd describe InMotion Hosting as EXACTLY what a host should be: NOT there when I don't need them; so no fuss, no problems. Other than updating my credit card when they change the date/secret code... I pretty much don't have to think of my hosting AT ALL!!

Positive: Smooth sailing! On the VERY rare (like maybe twice a year, if that?) occasions when I have a question or problem, tech or billing support is very quickly available -- and always helpful. Recently upgraded my account(s) to the VPS (virtual personal server, is it?), which process seemed a bit complicated to the non-techie in me -- but the various folks who helped and did things to get my sites TRFed over were great. Very happy with the VPS now too!

Can't remember any 'glitches' or site/page disappearances off the web; one of the best things is I do NOT need to think or worry about IMH: they're just humming along and doing what I pay them to do! I have two personal sites and a (manufacturing) business site. I don't use most of the multitude of 'things' offered... don't sell on line, don't even use the blog function. (I had a blog for the biz a few year sago; may get back to it someday, if I get more time.)

Negative: Can't really think of any. Sometimes it can be a little hard to find stuff on the site (cause there is SO MUCH info there) -- but part of that is me not knowing quite what to CALL something I want to ask about! I don't speak techie very well!!

Summary: I dint even need to think about who is my web host. It is a no hassle no worry service that I really recommend.

Positive: Economical web hosting that is reliable with great customer service. I have had this service for 4 years and I have nothing but positive experiences with InMotion Hosting.

Negative: Nothing. Amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Summary: Overall, InMotion has been so much easier to use and maintain our website and whenever there has been a problem, Tech support has been so friendly and helpful. I really like the software options and our website is always working smoothly.

Positive: I love the various interfaces for web design and web porting was super smooth. Tech support has always been excellent and super helpful.

Negative: Having to learn more about SEO, etc, however this is also a Pro.

Summary: Great. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have never had a negative experience with this company.

Positive: I have used this service since 2010. I have probably spoken with dozens of tech support people over the years. They are always knowledgable, courteous and patient. They always resolve my website issues. As far as I know, they do not outsource this critical function.

The website is easy to navigate and they have lots of tutorials if you would rather resolve an issue yourself.

Their prices are reasonable, too.

Negative: Things were difficult during the pandemic, but they are back up to speed now.

Summary: Peaceful, stress-free, effective hosting at great prices.

I have never had a problem, difficulty or data loss over many years.
Their prices are very competitive for a very professional service.
I recently contacted them about a switch in hosting type, was answered the same day, and I didn't even notice the switch initially.

Negative: I've used many hosts in years past and have usually moved after the first year.

Positive: InMotion Hosting offers a wide array of hosting plans. I manage several different types of them for my clients including two VPS accounts.

Their technology is solid. But the backbone of the company is phone and chat support with friendly and experienced U.S.-based representatives.

I rarely need support. But when I do it good to know it’s just a call or click away!

Negative: Call times can be long depending on the day and time, but the callback option means I can work while I wait without being tortured by an endless loop of tedious on-hold music.

Summary: I get an excellent value for my spend. Their pricing structure may be higher than others, but the level of support makes it a smart spend.

Positive: The Tech Support Dept at InMotion Hosting do an excellent job of staying on task and solving tough issues.

Negative: The tiered support system can slow progress some.

Summary: Highly recommended hosting service. I've told a number of friends, colleagues, and acquaintances about them.

Negative: I occasionally received spam from someone appearing to be InMotion Hosting. I wish they would not send out any messages without a message on their website where we can very the veracity of the email.

Summary: I've been using InMotion Hosting company for about 8 years or so now and they have never failed on me. The company I work for uses InMotion as a third-party hosting provider. I have recommended InMotion to several people including my wife, her business partners, friends of mine.. I actually should get a referral commission from InMotion :D --- Review title says it all: best hosting company out there. Highly recommended!

Positive: Their tech support is superb! Not only they're all knowledgeable but also their response time is super fast. 99% of the time I contact them via Support Chat, and I get things resolved very quick. Servers up-time is pretty much 100%. Prices are just right.

Negative: None that I can think of.
