Great for capturing a large pool of students Date: Dec 11 2021
Summary: Not a bad tool, just needs a little updating on the interface and speed. Definitely liked it more once integrated into the ATS.
Positive: The ability to post to multiple schools at once and leave the posts up for students to apply at any time. Can integrate into GH which makes things faster and more efficient.
Negative: Interface is a little clunky and it needs a little work. Takes a second to pull up the resumes, which can prolong time need to review large pools of candidates.

Great Way to Connect With College Students Date: Jul 30 2022
Summary: Overall, if you are hiring for roles that are a good fit for college students or recent graduates I would definitely use Handshake.
Positive: I love how Handshake's full purpose is to have a job board for college students. It helps me when posting jobs to post jobs specific for current college students or recent graduates. It is a niche group of people that is nice to focus on.
Negative: You have to get permission from each university/college before you can post a role. It makes it so the process take a little longer to post a role.
