Summary: My sales people have been using this software for quite some time and Pepperi have continued to improve the product. I looked at other software programs but this is by far the best I have found
Positive: Easy to use on both the back end and on the iPads for my reps. Simple to updated items and load new products. The reports give us the information we require

Summary: Overall, the user experience is very comfortable
very friendly.
Easy to manipulate, things are built in a way that is very easy to find your way around.
The operation of the orders, the charges, the tracking is very convenient and easy.Positive: It saves time.
There are no error warnings.
Easy to filter and make the order specifically.

Summary: A great system that I would recommend. it can occasionally be glitchy, however, the flexibility, onboarding, customer service, integration capabilities and so on make it well worth it. For a small to mid sized business, I'm very happy with what Pepperi provide us. I would certainly recommend at least consulting their team when looking at expanding your systems.
Positive: - The product is solid overall.
- The customer service is amazing. Everything is handled in a quick manner, with nothing being too difficult.
- Local customer service, meaning we don't have to wait for service centres to open in other timezones.
- 99% of the time I get the same customer support agent. This is great as he knows our system well, how our business runs and doesn't hesitate to call or jump on a zoom if required.
- Onboarding was a nice experience. Integration can take time, however, the Pepperi team ensured it was done correctly, with complete clarity along the way.
- A great app for our sales reps to use on the road.
- They provide recommendations about how we can provide a better UX.Negative: - We rarely go a month without requiring assistance for a system issue. Although it's always dealt with quickly, it can be a little frustrating.

Summary: Pepperi support staff are very helpful and quick to respond. They will take care of the issue from the backend if I am unable to solve from my end.
Positive: Very quick support, can always rely on assistance within a few hours despite the time difference. Will also arrange a call to do some training if they think it's required.
Negative: I struggle to set up promotions. However, support is provided.

Positive: Incredible speed and flexibility - if you can come up with an idea there are a number of approaches available to make it happen.
Negative: There isn't an end to end manual available, however the support team are the most responsive and willing to help that I have come across in 20 years working in ERP.

Summary: The product is really great and help businesses to stay close to their customers. You don't need dedicated infrastructure to run it because it works as SaaS model.
Positive: Easy to use and configure. You can provide access to your customers so they can buy online or through the app. Papperi has a robust API and also pre built integrations with other platforms.
Negative: Sometimes getting quick support isn't that fast. They should have a dedicated telephone line for Tech Support.
