Summary: Liked it a lot. Definitely something I'll be using over the holidays to send money fast and securely to family members and friends.

Positive: I love that I get to send a gift card and not feel like I'm wasting my time. With the internet age we live in it never felt good to send a gift card when I could have sent cash. Now you can send a gift card and not have to worry about the recipient not getting to use it.

Negative: Some stores are missing that I thought should be there but other than that it has been a great experience.

Summary: Every year this has been given as gifts from family, not a company or anything. Would like to see even more places to choose from.

Positive: The ability to chosen from so many places, and how easy it was to pick and receive the places. Family was happy.

Negative: Would've like to see more well known places from Canada.

The list of vendors is quite big. I live in Northern Ontario and still had lots of options to choose from.

Positive: I love how you can choose a vendor (store/restaurant) to apply the gift amount too.

It ensures that the gift you've provided is being used for the right thing!

Negative: Purchasing cards can be a little confusing/cumbersome at first (I'm learning it).

Summary: Good, easy to set up, easy to choose a vendor and easy to print off card. Am excited to try sending a card to others.

Positive: I like the broad selection of vendors to chose from and the ease of printing off the reward card....

Negative: I would like to see positive confirmation that the card is activated when printed.

Summary: It is an excellent alternative instead of giving a physical card, you let the individual choose where they want to spend it.

Positive: Provides a wide range of options to give a gift card to someone with a click of a button to the individual in less than a minute.

Negative: The website needs to add some different colours to make it appealing.

Summary: Overall it’s a good app. Has a lot of variety to choose from plus you don’t need to go out to get a card as it can all be done online.

Positive: Like the fact that the recipient of the card gets to choose what he likes. Takes the guessing out for whoever is buying.

Negative: The user interface is not the best. Had trouble determining how to use it and software logged me off a few times.

Summary: Overall, I had a great experience with Guusto. I received a reward from my company instead of a company holiday lunch that was cancelled due to COVID and it was a great way to show appreciation.

Positive: I liked how simple it was to use the platform. The videos provided made it very easy for everyone to understand how to sign up and use the platform. There were a lot of options in gift cards which was great and not something I have experienced before.

Negative: The con was that there was no way to support local restaurants through this program. I appreciate that may be difficult but during the pandemic corporations like amazon don't need our support as much as local businesses.
