    Summary: Fewer no-shows due to easy interview reminders! People like texts more than emails in our field (ops, drivers, warehouse) so this is a great tool!

    Positive: - Easy-to-create templates that are now shareable!!
    - Ability to schedule texts (I love this for setting the perfect timing for interview reminders)

    Negative: - Not connected with phone call system
    - Can't see enough detail in the jobs list when created automations (ex. we have the same job in multiple cities and these are differentiable on GH but not in grayscale)
    - I would like to ability to schedule interview reminders at certain times/number of hours before an interview (rather than "the day before")
