Summary: This is a great tool to increase lead flow and ensure candidate follow through success! Applicants tend to respond better to text messages than emails and Grayscale does a great job keeping up with this fast-paced job market!

Positive: I really enjoy being able to create templates and send reminders to my recruiting candidates! It's an easy way to quickly connect using our applicants' preferred method of communication.

Negative: Sometimes the page needs to be reloaded for integration with Grayscale.

Positive: I have saved templates to easily resend out text communication ti applicants with Grayscale. Makes it easier to reach out to more potential candidates.

Negative: The responses go into the workday Grayscale app so I don't ever really see them. It would be better to get an alert or something in the dashboard to let me know I have a response.

Summary: I've had a great experience with Grayscale. It is a product that I use daily and one I will continue to use every day.

Positive: Easy to use and great user friendly layout. I recommend this to any recruiter who wants to stay in contact with their prospects. This is the perfect tool!

Negative: None I really see no draw backs to this platform. It has allowed me to do everything I need to as a recruiter for a health care company.

Positive: Grayscale has helped my work to become quicker, so then I can still spend more time with my candidates. My favorite part of the system is the scheduled texts that I can send out. I can still have a work-life balance by not working evenings and weekends, but can make sure information is still sent out to my candidates when needed.

Negative: I wish I could attach PDFs and Images to my texts to candidates. But, right now that is the only con I have ran into so far.

Summary: It's a great tool for contacting candidates without disturbing them during the day with a phone call.

Positive: Ease in contacting candidates for recruitment.
Record of contact without losing previous contact.
Bulk messaging for contacting multiple candidates.

Negative: Can't see email address in the contact info entered.

Summary: The overall experience of using Grayscale has been of convenience and a quick way to talk to candidates.

Positive: Easy, convenient and I love the fact that it's attached to Workday. I love the notification aspect of it.

Negative: Sometimes it signs me out, can't update candidates phone # once profile is created.

Summary: Grayscale is simple and a big help in speeding up your interview / recruiting process. It's a great experience for the internal users and recipients.

Positive: I love how it integrates so well into our ATS. It helps speed up the process tremendously and I've gotten great feedback from my candidates as well, who appreciate the text over emails.

Negative: It logs me in and out of the app often, but that may be a symptom of my companies set up. I've also tried downloading the mobile app but it wasn't as smooth of an experience. But other than that, its great.

Summary: Grayscale has been very helpful in the hiring process! We have been able to increase our amount of hires since we started utilizing the platform.

Positive: Grayscale is very user friendly and convenient. It makes it so easy to get in touch with an applicant.

Negative: There have been a few times where Grayscale has been down for technical issue but no complaints other than that!

Summary: Grayscale has dramatically changed my recruitment success rates and saves me a tremendous amount of time so that I can focus on other tasks. It gives me peace of mind that I am staying connected to leads and following through in a timely manner.

Positive: In a world where no one answers a call from an unknown number, Grayscale reaches those candidates and establishes a point of contact instantly. Automations dramatically reduce the number of no-shows with the Event and Action options, and the Reports function allows me to track the Automation's performance and even my own performance to see how I can improve on response times.

Negative: There is little that I would change with Grayscale. If I had to pick one thing that I have not been able to adjust to my needs however, it would be my notifications.

Summary: I think it absolutely improved my team productivity and added to our headcount. It is a great tool!

Positive: Easily helps my team and I quickly connect and follow up with talent. Talent is more apt to respond.

Negative: I would love to be able to customize the interface.

Summary: Absolutely love the tool. It's extremely helpful to have on tap every day and at my disposal whenever I need it.

Positive: The app is super helpful for managing candidates outside of the computer world. It's extremely helpful and easy to manage.

Negative: I don't really have any issues with the current set up. I do wish that the google extension piece didn't cause an invisible spot that covers up the X on the top right of the GH screen. Otherwise, I was thinking as an added feature, if there was a way to get the candidate names and numbers to pull up in the app, that would be helpful.

Summary: It's been the best product in the "new world" with texting and getting a quick response. Most don't answer their phones if it's from a number they don't know but with this product, they can read the text and know who it's from and will answer right away. Time saver!

Positive: Love Grayscale! It's the best tool to contact candidates to get a quick response. Would recommend!

Negative: I can't really say there is anything I don't like.

Summary: Grayscale has been very helpful in contacting candidates and getting a quick response back. I like that I can see reports of my use.

Positive: As a Recruiter in the Health Care field, I find Grayscale very easy to use , and fairly simple to learn to maneuver within it. There is a help center that is also easy to navigate, in case you need more assistance. I really like that it has the ability to send bulk texts to candidates, and I have used this feature often. It is great for hard to reach candidates, or even a candidate in the pipeline. Very happy we added Grayscale to our technology tools!

Negative: So far I haven't discovered any cons using Grayscale., so so far so good!

Summary: I have used multiple texting systems and Greyscale has been the best! Very simple to set up, use, and make changes.

Positive: Easy to use, easy to set up, simple templates, very very few bugs. it's also easy to reach out to multiple people at once which is great in high volume recruiting!

Negative: Notifications are difficult to setup, can be difficult to get notifications from other people on your team reaching out to the same candidate.
