    Summary: This is a great tool to increase lead flow and ensure candidate follow through success! Applicants tend to respond better to text messages than emails and Grayscale does a great job keeping up with this fast-paced job market!

    Summary: Overall, I love the product and am grateful for how it has made my processes a lot easier. Thank you Grayscale!!

    Positive: Grayscale has helped my work to become quicker, so then I can still spend more time with my candidates. My favorite part of the system is the scheduled texts that I can send out. I can still have a work-life balance by not working evenings and weekends, but can make sure information is still sent out to my candidates when needed.

    Summary: Grayscale is simple and a big help in speeding up your interview / recruiting process. It's a great experience for the internal users and recipients.

    Positive: I love how it integrates so well into our ATS. It helps speed up the process tremendously and I've gotten great feedback from my candidates as well, who appreciate the text over emails.

    Negative: It logs me in and out of the app often, but that may be a symptom of my companies set up. I've also tried downloading the mobile app but it wasn't as smooth of an experience. But other than that, its great.

    Summary: Grayscale has dramatically changed my recruitment success rates and saves me a tremendous amount of time so that I can focus on other tasks. It gives me peace of mind that I am staying connected to leads and following through in a timely manner.

    Positive: In a world where no one answers a call from an unknown number, Grayscale reaches those candidates and establishes a point of contact instantly. Automations dramatically reduce the number of no-shows with the Event and Action options, and the Reports function allows me to track the Automation's performance and even my own performance to see how I can improve on response times.

    Negative: There is little that I would change with Grayscale. If I had to pick one thing that I have not been able to adjust to my needs however, it would be my notifications.

    Summary: Grayscale has been very helpful in contacting candidates and getting a quick response back. I like that I can see reports of my use.

    Positive: As a Recruiter in the Health Care field, I find Grayscale very easy to use , and fairly simple to learn to maneuver within it. There is a help center that is also easy to navigate, in case you need more assistance. I really like that it has the ability to send bulk texts to candidates, and I have used this feature often. It is great for hard to reach candidates, or even a candidate in the pipeline. Very happy we added Grayscale to our technology tools!

    Summary: I have used multiple texting systems and Greyscale has been the best! Very simple to set up, use, and make changes.
