Summary: Overall, Hangouts is quick and easy to use and saves valuable time, which is important for me as a small business owner. It's like texting between employees and you can create groups too.

Positive: I love Hangouts because it's so easy to use and so quick. Even the app is instant. This literally saves hours on the phone and it's also easy to scroll back to get information. Attach photos or screenshots for a coworker to see or paste a client message for clarification. It's instant and has little pings to let me know when my message has been answered.

Negative: There's not much I don't like, but I do wish that there was a search bar within Hangouts to facilitate searching for a particular strand of a conversation/ information.

Summary: Although there are some minor errors when sending multimedia content, this application is a good tool and alternative to instant messaging applications such as Telegram or WhatsApp. It has very useful functions that can be exploited professionally such as video conferencing, transfer of editable documents and much more.

Positive: As a company, we have determined that Google Hangouts is an instant messaging alternative that can be adapted to purely professional functions. The application provides extensions with G-mail and from your inbox we can check emails and in turn answer messages with our work group with the internal chats of the application, in addition to having all the tools that applications like these present.

Negative: We have been presented with errors when sending multimedia content in group chats, the application throws format error and discards it. When this happens there is no way to send it so we must resort to another messaging channel or otherwise opt to use the email tool to send the image, presentation or video.

Summary: It is highly recommended to use this application and extension to replace other instant messaging methods such as WhatsApp. We have used the tool for purely professional functions. It still has minor bugs that do not allow certain functions such as attaching multimedia on occasion, but it is an excellent option for segmenting participants of a work group through conversation invitations.

Positive: It has a very simple platform that can be easily used by anyone. We find it very convenient that it can be used from the Gmail inbox which allows us to have visibility into emails and Hangouts private messaging. Also, the mobile app has video calling integration, private chats and more.

Negative: There are some glitches that come with installing Google Hangouts for mobile devices. Sometimes when you try to copy an image from another application, it discards it and does not allow under any circumstances to send it and it becomes difficult in case of immediate transfer of images for, for example, a presentation.

Summary: Hangouts does a great job! I love that they're trying out new features (like being able to choose a background for your video). It's so easy to use!

Positive: Everyone from my company works from home, so it's super helpful that any time we need to have a meeting or talk something over, we can just hop on a Google Hangouts link for as long as we need.

Negative: Sometimes the connection gets buggy after about an hour, but we normally just hop off and on again real quick and it isn't an issue.

Summary: Overall Google Hangouts is vastly used application and we can easily connect with our friends and family through their phone numbers or Gmail addresses. We can use Google Hangouts on any of our device free of cost and it has applications for every system.

It is an easy to use application and we can send instant messages to our friends and family or contact them through video or audio call by any of our device as it has support for all devices and operating systems.

Negative: Google Hangouts is a good chat app but video calls stutters sometimes on little low internet bandwidths.

Negative: Online and offline notifications of your friend list are not as per the actual status, as mostly it keeps on showing online status of the people although they have signed out.

Summary: Overall I like Google hangouts for many reasons but the main reason is that, we have a readily available reasonably good communication tool with our Gmail accounts and we can use it while checking out our emails on the same page of the web.

Negative: There are some limitations in file sharing feature of Google Hangouts and it doesn't support all files types and need some advancement in this regard.

Summary: Overall Hangouts is a decent, strong and capable of many features for communication. It is the part of google and gmail applications, so we don't need to create a different account for the use of this tool.

Positive: Google hangouts is one of the best and oldest software for communicating with your colleagues, friends and family in numerous ways. Through this application we can text, voice and video chat with people we love, while away from home. We can also share file and photos with our friends through Google hangout.

Negative: Removing any body from friend list is not possible in this tool although we can block them, but it is annoying that we can't remove them from the list of connected people.

Summary: It's a prominent team communication platform. We use to get connected with each other using its rich video and messaging service. We also used this on Slack app integration, which we can easily enter the command and start its service within the slack app.
