Summary: I am using hangouts for so long now, it is one of the most common media to communicate in our office. It is easy to set up video calls. The application is free of cost and comes with a Gmail account. The usual texting feature has no reply back option like in the regular communication applications. Pasting screenshots easily by pressing ctrl + V is a great feature you need not save and attach the picture separately.

On an overall level, my experience is quite decent and it s a definitive recommendation for day to day users.
