Positive: Field Force Tracker stands out amongst the competition with its comprehensive and scalable cloud based solution, which specializes in business operations across all key business areas. Field Force Tracker has allowed our business to eliminate disparate systems and reduce our overall tech stack by integrating financials, inventory management and procurement into one global solution.
Negative: Field Force Tracker has an obtrusive pricing model, making it difficult to understand and navigate exactly how to use and plan a budget for all aspects of the business initially. a Good account executive can help mitigate this, but there is no secret code to understand everything out of the box here. The user interface also feels somewhat outdated compared to other cloud based ERP's and can be quite cumbersome to the younger generation who are used to more modern layouts and flows. Customizations and implementations can be quite an undertaking and take a lot of time to properly configure properly.

Summary: Whenever a customer connect s with an issue, I do verify the issue and check if it is genuine or not then as per the issue and tagging we do refund the customer.
Positive: The best thing I like about the Field Force Tracker is when ever want to check all the details for the customer, it is clearly shown and visible on the kapture dashboard.
Also, I can easily monitor the timestamp of each and every response.
It is very easy to handle customer queries.Negative: As of now no dislike as I got the proper responses and I am able to give proper resolution to the field force tracker

Summary: I use Field Force Tracker to collect user information from multiple websites, including quotation requests, customer inquiries, etc. It's also useful for our purposes that users can including attachments when submitting a form. We can respond directly from the notification emails sent from Field Force Tracker to begin correspondence with the customers, but their information is also saved in Field Force Tracker spreadsheet/database system where it can be easily managed - update status, add information, etc. The data can also be exported to our database/CRM application. Field Force Tracker is a key tool for our business.
Positive: It does much more than creating forms. I like that the data collected using Field Force Tracker can be managed directly in their spreadsheet/database system, such as for tracking the status of leads, etc. It can also be exported to another spreadsheet, database, or CRM application.
Negative: I had some trouble with 3rd party integration, but once I got it set up, it worked fine.

Positive: Unlike other systems I reviewed, Field Force Tracker provides an all in one field service management software, saving both cost and time. Another thing I like is they work with me if I need a new function added for my org.
Negative: Set up, customization took longer than I would have liked.

Summary: Excellent software that is easy to recommend. Our team tried three software both it and we ended with this and are very happy so far.
Positive: It does everything that you would expect from a great field service program. It covers all parts of needed features that we did n't find any competitive programs. We needed good inventory management and service agreements. This excels in bot these areas. It has lots of features, is very reasonably priced and the company provides great support.
Negative: The design could be better. Too many features sometimes overwhelms a new users - the training material could be better.
