    Summary: Great overall experience. They are very quick to respond to any issue that you may have. Most services can be done remotely which is extremely convenient, especially in a fast-paced work environment.

    Positive: Electric continues to improve and has taken a lot of the day-to-day support tickets- employee requests and tech issues and network problems. I can actually focus on my job vs helping someone who is locked out of their email because they forgot their password the third time this month.

    Negative: They're a growing company so there's sometimes hiccups in service. We had to upgrade to get phone support vs the chat-based.
