We use it for notifications and promotional campaigns and the delivery reliability has been good across multiple countries. Setup was quick and the platform is easy to operate daily. With some small improvements to analytics and UI design, it could become an even stronger tool for SMS marketing and customer communication.

    Positive: EasySendSMS has been a reliable platform for sending both marketing and transactional SMS. The dashboard is simple to understand and campaign setup is straightforward even for non-technical users. I particularly like the delivery speed and the ability to manage large contact lists easily. The pricing is competitive compared to other providers we tested, and the reporting tools make it easy to track campaign performance.

    Negative: The interface could benefit from a few modern UI improvements, especially in the campaign analytics section. Some advanced filtering options for reports would also be helpful when managing very large campaigns.
