Summary: Overall, Document360 has enabled us to stay organized in real-time as well as creating different self service knowledge base.
Positive: Document360 was easy to setup and I use it on a daily basis to search for relevant articles and documents from anywhere.
Negative: The pricing per user is highly expensive, i wish the vendor would offer discounts or lower the cost across all the tiers.

Summary: What is simple, is the best. I absolutely can figure out the tool if I can just spend 2 or 3 days exploring it. This is absolutely incredible and helps us enjoy the whole experience.
Positive: User friendly and easy to use KMS where you don't actually need a technician. loved the varied amount of tutorial videos which made it very easy to establish an understanding of new opportunities in growing a new company. Alongside this, the customer optimization allowed me to customize my experience, allowing a personalized touch that is not readily available on similar sites.
Negative: The only downside is the amount of knowledge on the app which can be overwhelming.

Summary: We have been using Document 360 within our training department for uploading our training materials for new joiners and for our reference. Document 360 is user friendly where we can find all the options in same page. We rarely search for any options. This is a wonderful software which makes our life easier. Once we switched into Document 360, we never go away.

Positive: It’s very helpful to setup an access for only a range of IP addresses within our network, this is very important for our data security.
