Summary: Really a great knowledge repository. We have been using it for over two years now. Automatic update via Sharepoint is easy for the administrator.

Positive: Easy to use with delivering answers to questions, no longer lists of documents. in the past with ECM you had to open every document in a hit list to check if the content suits your questions. This is dramatically different with Theum, combining suitable text segments via semantic search and AI algorithms.

Negative: Pricing could be a little bit more flexible for small users. The web connector could be easier to implement.
