    Summary: It has been a good experience with this new product in my company, I like how easy is to use it and the support I have received when a question came up, glad to have this software.

    Positive: Very straight forward to install, I liked the idea that the software is integrated and works together with Freshdesk.

    Negative: Does not have a smart search kind of, where you start typing and automatically you can see in a drop down the matching results with the values entered so far.

    Summary: Powerful analytics, Easy integration, Incredible customer service. Document360 is a tool of rapid implementation, with a short learning curve and very friendly for the administrator and end user.

    Positive: By far the best bang for your buck. Can customize it to basically anything you want it to be. Great personalized support. Fast customization requests. Really good editor, Analytics are great.

    Negative: We would like to see more integrations in the future. But for now, we are quite comfortable with the available features of Document360.

    Summary: It is very important to have strong knowledge in helping out customer for success and having extremely well documentation is the key. The ideal approach would be for our clients have most of the answers and self-service with minimal interaction and on boarding new employees easily.

    Positive: Your product is efficient and easy for use in cross-department training and the archiving of documents is easy which helped in ease of maintenance and lower our storage space, and the feature to limit the access for certain documents is great.

    Negative: We are going to launch our site for testing and have not found any issue yet and the support was easy to be scheduled for bringing up our app.

    Summary: Overall - An easy-to-learn and easy-to-use platform that would do both authoring and publishing of content for us.

    Positive: We went for Document360 because of its power to make your knowledge base private (internal). Users were permitted to login with an account to access articles which was exactly what we wanted.

    Negative: This tool provided all the features we were looking for in an internal kb. I would love it if they had a more powerful tagging functionality in future versions.

    Summary: Great Knowledge base product with a great support team. There is virtually no limit to what you can do with this tool.

    Positive: Easy to understand and use software that ran smoothly on our existing systems with no lags. Our helpdesk team and IT support team found it easy to deploy. Our work-flow was well organized by time, urgency & topic.
