Our team really relies on the smart call routing and IVR to make sure callers get sent to the right place immediately whether that's our sales team, the support desk , or specifically to our company. It makes
a small team look very professional. We also use call recording quite foe training and quality checked on our consultation.
One of the most helpful day-to-day tools is the SMS Notification system. It’s how we remind clients about document submissions or upcoming application updates, which keeps things moving. The CRM integration also keeps all our history in one spot so we aren’t searching through different apps. While there’s always room for a few more advanced updates, the platform is doing exactly what we need it to do. It’s a very reliable system for the price.Positive: Honestly, Dialaxy has been a game changer for us. The best part is definitely the unlimited contacts, being able to store all our data in one without the price jumping up is a huge plus. We imported everything from our old devices easily, so now all our numbers are on onw website.
