Positive: So far Squaretalk is one of the best VoIP providers i have ever used or worked with before in the past. The setup process was incredibly simple, and the call quality is crystal clear with minimal latency. They have great variety of outbound destinations too, customer support team is top-notch as well โ responsive and helpful whenever I have a question or need assistance.
Negative: There is always room for improvement, but cannot really think of something extremely important. Maybe design could be improved a bit.

Positive: This is absolutely the number one voip solution out of several other I have used so far. Onboarding was very smooth, simple and comprehensive. The client and admin portals are very intuitive and easy to use and offer all the necessary features for a great user experience and management. Positive: I've been using Squaretalk for almost a month. It is a great service that helps the telemarketing team to dial more calls. The support is amazing, they go out of their way to fix your issues very quickly. It is highly recommended!
Negative: There are no sounds when a team member is making the calls. So, the team doesn't know if the system is dialing the number or not. We would like to see this call sound added.

Summary: Overall it's been a great experience and we'll continue using Squaretalk for our VoIP phone service for our business.
Positive: We have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.
Negative: I don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.
