    Summary: The best product for the whole enterprise, marketing, and Strategic Meetings Management. The scalability and integrations are great! Overall, Cvent is the most comprehensive platform available offering the basics for registration and advanced options for CRM management and integrations.

    Positive: The breadth of features and functionality address the needs of small - global organizations and events. I like that Cvent has brought the separate modules into one platform in the new Flex design. Cvent is continuously releasing product enhancements and new features.

    Negative: Functionality changes without advance notification, explanation of the feature and/or documentation. There are many layers to each and options for configurations. It can be challenging to troubleshoot and know where to dig to resolve a technical issue.

    Great tool for event planner

    Summary: Overall my experience with Cvent is positive - I use it everyday and it allows us to manage events well for our clients.

    Positive: Great for event registration, collecting travel details and requests. sending communications to attendees, reporting on data collected, managing guest/group registrations.

    Negative: Customer service agents often cannot resolve issues, or if they can it takes a very long time to do so. Cvent is also not receptive to specific feedback because it has to cater to such a large customer base.

    Summary: Cvent is a great tool to use for any and every event, when you need to create a registration site. From the easy to use, user-friendly backend tools to create the registration sites (overview, bios, speakers, sessions, agenda or any additional pages you might need, to the full integrations when you're using AttendeeHub and/or OnArrival, this makes the perfect tool to use and create efficiencies. Can't recommend enough to whomever need to create sessions.

    Negative: Despite the user friendly and easy to use backend, it would be beneficial to have a more mobile responsive backend.

    Summary: I would recommend for planners who need a system to track and manage attendee registrations. There are a ton of other features Cvent offers too, like surveys and reporting.

    Positive: I have been a Cvent customer for over 3 years. Working in meeting planning, Cvent has been a great tool for attendee registration and keeps us organized.

    Negative: There can be hiccups with Cvent from time to time, sometimes locking you out of the site. While consistently getting better, there are still some features that need to be updated.

    Summary: Overall I've had a great experience with Cvent! It is a very useful tool and it is really helpful for our event strategy.

    Positive: Great way to capture registrations for my event. We utilize the attendee hub as well for registrants to get the agenda on their mobile device at the event and to rewatch sessions on demand after the event.

    Negative: Some of the email and list functionalities are restrictive. I sometimes need to send an email to someone who is not the "intended recipient" i.e. an admin from a sponsor or an internal member of my team. Cvent makes it hard to do this as it only shows potential recipients as those who are on the invite list.

    Summary: You get what you pay for. I have used less expensive products for events and the amount of frustration was not worth the savings. Cvent's platform has saved me time by allowing me to set-up event templates so websites remain consistent while providing updated information. The registration platform integrates well into CrowdCompass so I'm not duplicating effort building the event app. Utilizing the event app saved me 23,000USD on a 150 person event as it eliminated printing costs and the labor needed to assemble event binders (and update the binders with updated printouts). Now anytime an update is made to a presentation, it can immediately be updated in the app so attendees have the most accurate information. In addition, attendees can network, see any room changes, get alerts, and save items for easy access, without the bulk. Sensitive company information isn't left behind in meeting rooms.

    Positive: -Easy to use - trainings are available, but most people can be up-and-running without too much training
    -Planner feedback is the focus of updates and new product options
    -Platform integrates well making it easy to set-up mobile app by utilizing Cvent's registration platform; no need to reinvent the wheel
    -Reporting is live and key stakeholders can receive automated emails and/or links to view reports on-demand
    -Templates and duplicating events (especially with data tags) saves so much time and reduces errors

    Negative: -There are less expensive options with other companies (but they tend to be less robust and it's harder to get in touch with customer service)
    -There tends to be turnover in positions as people move around the company, so at times you may not know who your support person is

    Summary: I love Cvent! It has taken our events up several levels and made our events much more professional. Conference attendees love the Cvent registration process and planners love the tool and how it is a one-stop-shop for events. Cvent makes us more efficient and makes us look good!!

    Positive: Cvent is an incredible product. It has allowed our organization to promote events, collect registration and payment information, communicate directly with attendees, and provides a platform to host in-person, hybrid, or virtual events. In addition, the reporting feature is outstanding. I have always had excellent experiences with the sales team and with tech support. Are attendees love the Cvent experience and we have received countless positive comments. I highly recommend Cvent.

    Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve and training period that is somewhat extensive. We found that the employee's that may only need to use it on a very occasional basis, struggled with learning.

    Seamless Event Management from Beginning to End

    Summary: This product is probably best for large-scale events, but our smaller company loves using it for all of the features it offers. It saves us so much and keeps all our attendee and event data in one place.

    Positive: -It is so nice to have all aspects of my event planning from beginning to end. I don't have to use different software for registration, marketing, event websites, event apps, sponsors, surveys, etc. They manage it all
    -Easy to switch between in-person, virtual, and hybrid if needed
