Summary: Overall I've had a very positive experience using Cvent. Its different uses mean you can see your whole event programme mapped out easily, and makes working on programmes that much smoother.

Positive: I like its multi-functionality, and the ease of use. Cvent is very easy to learn as well, so inducting new users is very easy.
With Cvent you can run a meeting start to finish, and almost every part is taken care of in one place, making data management smooth.

Negative: Some features could be developed further, such as the badge designer, however Cvent is very open to feedback and features are constantly being updated.

Summary: One of best and competitive product on market for Event execution. They keep improving their product features every year.

Negative: No cons to report they keep on improving their product line.

Summary: Cvent Event Management is wonderful system that meets all our needs! While it is pricier than some competitors, it is far more comprehensive and certainly makes our team more efficient!

Positive: Easy to use, professional appearance, comprehensive registration platform, streamlined source for sharing event plans with colleagues and sourcing vendors.

Negative: It is pricier than most systems, and it can sometimes be difficult to connect with administrators if you need support.

Summary: Cvent Event Management is a very positive overall experience. We continued to use and will do so into the future. The platform meets our needs very well.

Positive: Cvent Event Management is a great platform to use for managing your events from planning through close out and post event activity. We have used it for many years now and have had great success. The features are great and the interface continues to be modernized and updated.

Negative: Cvent Event Management is a very good platform. There are no major drawbacks. It has email capability that is sufficient, but not as robust as tools like MailChimp or active Campaign.

Summary: Overall, Cvent is innovative and top of its class in event management software. There are obviously always improvements, but we can always rest assured that Cvent will be reliable and that any bugs that they experience are escalated quickly.

Positive: Cvent Event Management is user friendly both for the user and for the attendee. They are constantly making improvements and taking suggestions on improvements.

Negative: I would say that FLEX has some limitations in the build process that I would love fixed. Example: There used to be a way in Cvent registration to be able to have the guest of the primary attendee copy their flight details on the travel page and that is no longer an option.

Summary: My overall experience with Cvent has been positive. The customer service team is top notch! Anytime we were struggling to use a function someone would be available to help us and would get us back on track. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Positive: Cvent's platform is very user friendly and makes planning an event much easier. I love that you can customize and brand everything however you need it for your event.

Negative: I haven't found anything in Cvent that I don't like.

Summary: We use Cvent Event Management from the beginning of the event to the end and everything in between. We mainly use the travel widget to collect flight information and then report out to air agents. We also, use the PNR matching to match flight itinerary to attendee records. We use Cvent daily for the reporting that we can provide our clients.

Positive: The pros about Cvent Event Management:
The reporting from Cvent is the best feature of Cvent. I am able to provide data back to the client in easy to read formatting and able to send multiple reports so all data is not on one report. My company has really benefited from Access Portal, which allows us to give clients access to the reports so they can run at their l leisure.

Negative: The cons for Cvent Event Management:
The one con I have with Cvent Event Management is with the travel widget, the date of birth and the gender field are attached together and I am not able to separate the two fields.

Summary: The Cvent Event Management platform is great and I would definitely recommend it to any other event professionals looking for a one-stop-shop for their program needs.

Positive: The Event Management platform is so intuitive and easy to use, unlike some competitor products. While available to assist, the Cvent team sets you up for success by training users how to use and manage the system on their own to create custom events, websites, marketing materials and registration forms.

Negative: The sales team is often trying to pitch new products. While that can certainly be helpful at times, I am comfortable with my use of the system and would prefer to reach out to learn more, rather than to receive monthly outreach from their team.

Summary: The more you use Cvent the more you find helpful tools that make using the system that much better. The help desk & chat features are easy to use when you need them.

Positive: I use Cvent on a daily basis for multiple clients. What I like best is that I can configure each site to what my clients specific needs are, using their branded guidelines, and attendee diversity. Every event we do is unique, we have events that are a basic RSVP site, to complex builds that need a great deal more of attention. I can customize our sites easily with stored themes & images, and access the travel widgets and pre-set contact information, all of which make my job that much easier.

Negative: I'm still getting used the the mobile app/attendee hub feature. I miss being able to assign attendees to groups like we did in the previous programming system.

Summary: Great product that delivers great event experiences both in-person and virtually in line with our brand and allows us to track performance against KPIs.

Positive: Great features for customisation including changing menu names, uploading brand imagery and colours.

Allows for complex registration paths that can be defined by event attendee type.

Good reporting.

Negative: Sometimes there are too many menu options to work through to get to where you need.

Summary: Enterprise event management including registration and budget consolidation is great. But not meeting consolidation.

Positive: Flexibility w/ new custom fields addition on the fly. Custom registration page setup. Centralized contact management. Mobile app.

Negative: API Management (all or none). Exposing secret data to downstream systems even if not required.

Summary: Really enjoyed my experience with CVENT and all the help they provide in setting everything up! Excited to use it in the future!

Positive: The feasibility and accessibility of using the app and website to register our guests and print badges!

Negative: Overall there isn't much that I did not like. I am always just confused about time zones when planning meetings with our team!

Summary: Overall, we find that this platform is the best available amongst all the other platforms that do similar things right now (we've reviewed all of them). Cvent is the best in the biz!

Positive: We use MRFs, process forms, and notifications and triggers that help us hold all of our event information within this platform which is super convenient!

Negative: They are focused on how "pretty" the overall platform looks sometimes, rather than trying to enhance actual features and functionality of the platform.

Summary: I love it! This program is more detailed than other programs and much easier to handle. Cvent makes sure that I am aware of new updates to the program. I love that!

Positive: I love that this takes the manual work off my plate and reports happen so much quicker and any other data we are collecting.

Negative: When there is a platform change and it feels like we have to start learning over again.

Summary: I’ve grown to appreciate the true value and unlimited amount of tools that Cvent offers. It is truly a one-stop-shop for your event and marketing efforts.

Positive: I really love that Cvent offers a one-stop-shop solution for all of your event planning. The introduction of the attendee hub has really caught my attention as the keyholder for our guidebook app and seeing the disconnect of pushing attendees to use that app has been troublesome. But after attending CventConnect and learning more about attendee hub I see the true value of how this will bring our attendee engagement and experience to another level.

Negative: I stumbled a lot with learning how to customize our themes and incorporate our branding into the website builder. I think more of a step-by-step demo of how to use and best practices is needed from the initial introduction of Cvent.
