Summary: Overall we've had great success using Cvent for virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. We have gotten great feedback from our attendees.

Positive: There are lots of educational and training material available, and it's a great experience for attendees.

Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve and some aspects can be a little complex.

Summary: I am very happy with Cvent Management, it makes my role much easier, and it could be more price friendly

Positive: Cvent Management is a great tool to have for your events, it manages payments, and creates awesome reports that you can share with others though portals, it is very customizable and very easy to understand.

Negative: The only con I can think about is the price, as it is a pricey solution and every extra little tool you need supposes an additional cost.

Summary: Great customer service, and superior software products. Best teams in the market.

Positive: This is the easiest and most high-end software management system I've ever come across. They have the fastest customer service and account reps imaginable. I can't say enough how helpful Cvent has been over the years.

Negative: Absolutely nothing that is a con.

Summary: Great software. Cvent is a powerhouse and its software doesn't disappoint. Great for most things that any planner will need while working on a program.

Positive: Easiness to use and how intuitive it is. I really appreciate the overall project management capabilities while connecting to attendees and registration easily.

Negative: The main con for me and my clients for this software is the price tag. It is one of the highest in the market and it becomes hard for some of the smaller programs to access it.

Summary: Having worked with Cvent extensively over the years, I can confidently say it has been a reliable and robust platform. The customer service team stands out for their responsiveness, and my overall experience has been consistently positive.

Positive: Cvent Event Management offers a comprehensive solution that streamlines the entire event planning process. The platform seamlessly integrates features including event setup, speaker coordination, and attendee registration management. Event organizers can easily handle sponsor and exhibitor interactions, coordinate sessions, and foster participant engagement through interactive tools. Built-in feedback surveys help measure event success and gather valuable insights. A standout feature is the platform's user-friendly website builder and mobile app creation tools, which enhance the event experience while requiring minimal technical expertise.

Negative: Cvent, while powerful, comes with a significant cost investment, making it most cost-effective for our larger-scale events. The platform's training resources are somewhat restrictive. However, Cvent does provide learning opportunities are through the annual Cvent CONNECT conference or in the Community webinars.

Summary: Overall Cvent is a one-stop shop for event management. We have begun to overcome our challenge of onboarding by hiring a team of event web builders that are experts on web/registration set up and so far, that has proven to be successful.

Positive: Cvent allows for total event management in a relatively user-friendly manner, especially with repeated use. The tool can manage the majority of event aspects from hotel sourcing to post-event reporting and surveys.

Negative: Cvent is a complex tool that requires a significant amount of time to learn the overall tool usage. The educational aspect of the tool is what we find the most challenging and onboarding new users.

Summary: Overall, Cvent has been my go-to platform for the past 7 years and I can't imagine planning events without it!

Positive: Cvent makes it easy to build registration websites, integrate with other platforms and track attendee journeys.

Negative: I think there's an opportunity for Cvent to step up its flex website-building game and make it more user-friendly.

Summary: I have really enjoyed working with Cvent staff and their products. When we have a Cvent staff member on-site for support the event always goes smoothly and the staff member is an important part of the success of our event.

Positive: I began working with Cvent event management about 5 years ago. I became a part of the team that plans our company's annual sales meeting. This event is the largest event for our company. After incorporating Cvent event management we started receiving a large amount of positive feedback in regard to not only the registration process but also being able to navigate the venue we were in. With Cvent we were able to streamline a lot of our processes such as on-site check-in, badge printing, various reporting needs, etc.

Negative: When building our registration website over the year, some years have been better than others. Some years it was very difficult to schedule and build out the website to meet our needs. In other years the registration building process was fantastic. With our events, we are usually under a time crunch so a clear line of communication is very important.

Summary: It's one of the best tools around and we are happy to use this tool on regular basis to host all our events successfully. They have very good guided trainings for beginners and experts.

Positive: Cvent is a complete end-to-end Event Management software. It has all the features to design, launch and host In-person, Virtual and Hybrid events.
The open APIs make integration very easy to collect registration and attendance data for post-event analysis.

Summary: Overall, Cvent is one of the best resources for event planning on the market with capabilities to do registration, hotel, air, and reporting.

Positive: Cvent is very user-friendly. It is able to condense any meeting necessity in one place with the reporting, sessions, credit card collecting, hotel, air, etc.

Negative: Cvent commonly has outages that make it difficult to manage a live event when there are urgent matters.

Summary: The experience with Cvent is very positive on all accounts. We utilize it for 20+ events per year and it helps us be very successful.

Positive: We have used Cvent for 10+ years and enjoy the easy-to-use interface, registration reports, onsite experience, the ability to track payments easily, refund participants, and set up an easy registration workflow.

Negative: There is not much to dislike. New features continue to be added to enhance the platform and nothing comes to mind that is a detractor.

Summary: Great overall. It takes a little while to get the hang of it but the community has a lot of articles to figure things out.

Positive: Lots of features, easy to use. Its easy for the attendees to use. Can add in a lot of special features.

Negative: Its hard to figure out what to link together sometimes.
