    Events have vastly improved with Cvent Event Management

    Summary: I have really enjoyed working with Cvent staff and their products. When we have a Cvent staff member on-site for support the event always goes smoothly and the staff member is an important part of the success of our event.

    Positive: I began working with Cvent event management about 5 years ago. I became a part of the team that plans our company's annual sales meeting. This event is the largest event for our company. After incorporating Cvent event management we started receiving a large amount of positive feedback in regard to not only the registration process but also being able to navigate the venue we were in. With Cvent we were able to streamline a lot of our processes such as on-site check-in, badge printing, various reporting needs, etc.

    Negative: When building our registration website over the year, some years have been better than others. Some years it was very difficult to schedule and build out the website to meet our needs. In other years the registration building process was fantastic. With our events, we are usually under a time crunch so a clear line of communication is very important.

    Summary: The experience with Cvent is very positive on all accounts. We utilize it for 20+ events per year and it helps us be very successful.

    Summary: I have been using Cvent since 2014 and can say that I have had a great experience over the past 10 years and have seen so many new updates and features rolled out that make me excited to see what they can offer in the future, as well.

    Positive: I like having the ability to execute an event from its inception all the way through execution and post-event using all of the Cvent platform whether it be via the Event Management platform, the mobile app, and onsite management.

    Summary: I've been a Cvent user for over five years now with three different employers. However much of a learning curve it has, I missed it when I was, briefly, not using it anymore!

    Positive: Cvent can do everything, from your Call for Papers to on-site badge printing, with its strengths being a very thorough registration and emailing system. I've also used it for diagramming, wrangling exhibitors and speakers, and hosting virtual or hybrid events.

    Negative: At this point, first diving into Cvent can get a bit overwhelming if you start with a complex event, due to all the features being there and not necessarily knowing where to find what.
