Coachful is a CRM for coaching businesses, connecting the first enquiry with the work that follows. Forms, lead magnets, quizzes, booking pages and checkout funnels bring prospects into one place. Its customizable pipeline records source, stage, value and next steps, merges duplicate contacts, and launches email sequences or stage-based follow-ups.

A client profile combines intake answers, goals, habits, check-ins, program progress, session history, notes, files, signed agreements, invoices, payments and session credits. Engagement insights and Michelle’s AI briefings help coaches prepare for calls and recognize when someone needs support.

Coaches can schedule sessions, open video calls, send messages, assign programs or resources, update goals, send agreements and create invoices from the profile. Tags, segments and bulk actions organize the roster; client assignments and role-based permissions support teams. Changes carry through to the client’s branded portal and Coachful mobile app.

    Summary: Before Coachful, I was running a one-to-one coaching practice stitched together across five separate tools: Calendly for scheduling, Zoom for calls, Fathom for recording and transcripts, Kajabi for content delivery, plus a separate form tool for check-ins and reflections. Every new client meant fragmenting an experience they paid thousands for.

    I struggled with delivering a genuinely personal, custom coaching experience through tools that were never built to talk to each other, but now can build the entire program, structure, check-in flows, and client-facing language, inside one platform.

    I think the dream of every coach is, "the one platform to rule them all" and it feels crazy to say, but I think this is actually it.

    Positive: It's the first platform that let me build the program exactly how I actually coach it. Custom language, custom structure, a personal experience for each client instead of one generic template. It holds real depth without becoming complicated to use, which is rare. The support from Nour, the founder, has been the best I've gotten from any software company. He's genuinely invested in the businesses being built on the platform. Each question I have had was answered either in a direct message or live on the regular Q&A he hosts.

    Negative: Some of the more advanced customization takes trial and error to figure out on your own. There is also A LOT you can do. The first day challenge is trying to sleep after your mind dreams up everything that's possible.
