Summary: I have been using CloudTalk for over a year now and I must say this is one of the best cloud based calling tool I have ever used. Very easy to install and integrate with the CRM, auto dialer is great, auto recording and transcription feature is the best and dashboard is also very easy to use. I can easily track my calls at the end of the day. Highly recommended!
Positive: Auto calling recording, auto transcription, auto dialer, easy to install, easy to integrate, easy to use, best calling software.
Negative: Pricing may be a bit high for small organizations.

Positive: Installation and configuration is quite straightforward. Their smart speed dialer tool speeds up call making and cuts down on time spent keying in numbers.
Negative: Pricing is higher which should be reduced and their windows application needs some improvements.

Summary: Satisfactory and recommended. Ease of use, quick and simple integration and great/good call quality.
Positive: Incredible experience in general. Having utilized other call suppliers, I can unhesitatingly say CloudTalk brings the best incentive for your cash.
Negative: I really tried to search out any major disadvantage in this product but no such major issue found but always improvement required. There have been a few issues with the portable application, but there has been a new update to the application so these issues will ideally be a relic of past times.

Summary: In general it is an application that I would recommend. Nowadays, the world is turning more to online communication to the detriment of traditional calls. What it takes for a company is to follow the movement and what the software offers to make us a little closer to our customers.
Positive: The application adapts perfectly with our business requirements and a strong point to note is the fact that it is able to record telephone calls and store them which can be of great help to you in the event of conflict with a customer.
Negative: The major drawback lies at the level of the calls or it can have connection problems or unstable network, making communication difficult.

Summary: I still use CloudTalk, and I probably will for a while. It's a great solution when you don't have the time or skills to set up a PBX system yourself, and you're not required to bind to a contract for more than a month at a time. I do wish they let you remove and add seats in the middle of a billing period and the price would adjust to that, as we have support agents that we want to test out, and some do well, others don't. Therefore the amount of seats in a set billing period might sway a little bit, and I wish that their pricing automatically took this into account, and you only got billed for as long as the seats were in use.
Positive: The dashboard is very easy to navigate. It clearly shows where all the information is, and you don't need any prior knowledge about VoIP to use it. It also has a neat desktop app that means that your agents don't need physical IP phones, or a 3rd party app. It's also easy to get numbers from just about anywhere in the world through CloudTalk.
Negative: There is little thought put into the customers who actually do want to use physical IP phones with CloudTalk. For instance there is no way to dial voicemail, all the voicemail is kept on the website and sent on email. As a user of a physical phone this is very impractical as I have my voicemail button, but can't actually use it because CloudTalk doesn't have an internal number for voicemail.

Summary: Overall the software is built great does the work that it has to do. The phone voice quality is nice and it's really easy to set up and use the application.
Positive: The application is great for making calls and make any meetings or create events.

Cloudtalk with Zoho Integration Date: Mar 22 2021
Summary: Early days so far so we have some technical issues to iron out (which will be sorted with Cloudtalk's help) but overall experience has been great. The ability to call any country without worrying about costs and scalability makes life much simpler, and the integration with our CRM means it's simpler to work across the team. This is especially true during lockdown.
Positive: Integrates with our CRM and allows us to route in a smart way based on the inbound call country and the account manager of the incoming call, if one is already defined.
Negative: The sync between the mobile app and the desktop app could be better in terms of agent status.

Summary: Overall, CloudTalk is a great and affordable software for national and international calling over the cloud, it provides you with a lot of functionality that helps you achieve your goals and increase your productivity.
Positive: -It is very simple and easy to use and the interface is user-friendly.
-I was able to track calls, record them and also analyze the data to improve our metrics.
-The price of the software is very affordable especially for us, I run a startup and in our startup cloud talk is a lifesaver in terms of pricing.
-The quality of the calls, be it national or international, the audio was crisp and easy to hear and understand.Negative: -It needs a strong internet connection to function otherwise the audio gets a little bit distorted.

Summary: The experience has been nice, smooth and swift, I experienced little to no issues from the transition from another platform.
Positive: The software itself is seamless, give the operator a feeling of an actual call, the playback is impeccable, I admire the fact that it shows the time of where you are calling, the dashboard includes a lot of features that help one know how they are performing. Excellent product.
Negative: Inability to leave notes. I cannot say I have further complaints.

Summary: In general, we are communicating with our customers on a daily basis regarding our products and services we offer. Main topics of our calls are regarding the pre-sale questions, technical questions and navigation within our products which our team sell and support.
Positive: I must say it was really easy to proceed with the integration of CloudTalk with LiveAgent. I like when things go smoothly and this was the case! It is unique to find a toll with such good support and documentation which was extremely helpful. Work with the call centre is very easy, the learning process of our agents was fast. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly with modern design aspects. I can easily find everything I am looking for even when I was starting with this tool.
Negative: There is nothing to say from my side. We have had a positive overall experience.
