Not so good. Could be better. Not worth the price. Date: Feb 22 2021
Summary: Not so good. The quality of service must improve to retain its clients in long run. I using it regularly just because I do not have time to find out the other software. The day I get sick of it I will wait no time to shift if the quality of service will not change.
Positive: The Software is not as efficient as I expected. It gives me lots of troubles with my assigned Mobile number. The mobile number works on and off and very unreliable when it comes to calling my clients in Australia.

Summary: While this software was unable to meet our needs, I feel confident that it would likely be useful for other users.
Positive: Software seemed very functional during my trial period, I was trying to utilize it for communication purposes to the Philippines.
Negative: Ultimately this software did not have the functionality that I needed for the purposes of communication with the Philippines.

Summary: Pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.
Positive: Easy to use and very user friendly, can start immediately. Sales and support team especially Chia has been very helpful and responsive.
Negative: Talktime charges for Singapore seem to be on higher side compared to other dialer even with preferential pricing. Will be good if can download all the call logs at one go and to sort them according to length of call.

Summary: It is good for the price, the voice quality is good as well. I like that it is really easy to use.
Positive: This service is easy to use. I can add the app to Shopify and it show many more features and information about the customers.
Negative: The service doesn't show all the information and purchases about a client, so I have to go to Shopify to get that info, instead of obtaining everything from CloudTalk.

Summary: CloudTalk is the only solution for small companies outside the US. The competition is either not working with non-US companies, or it's targeting big clients (no way to know prices or to do a free trial).
Positive: Very quick to set up (without having to request a quote or do a sales call).
Offers, integration with Zapier.
SMS follow-up available in the middle tier.
Great customer service (by chat).
Instant free trial without charge.Negative: Zapier integration only notifies after a call is missed, not when it starts to ring.

Summary: Overall it is a pretty good experience however there are some bugs that must be solved. They are young and it will be very strong software soon.

Summary: Overall I’m happy with CloudTalk. The service is good and the phone calls have a very good quality. The iOS native application should be improved in order to always work properly.
Positive: The platform in general is good. Support provided was also good with a response time within the first 24 hours.
Negative: iOS native application sometimes is buggy, sometimes I’m not able to make phone calls from there.

Summary: It's working well but I'd like to see some more analytics features, tags and filters that would make it easier to see the customer history.
Positive: Great Desktop App.
Easy to use.
I like the Call history.
Icons are great.
I like that you can leave notes.Negative: It's glitchy sometimes and I am unable to go on or offline. I wish I could Filter calls by customers. The call gets staticy sometimes but I am not sure if this is on Cloudtalks or the customer's end. Wish I could add more tags.

CloudTalk: Great Software But Can Be Amazing Date: Mar 04 2021
Summary: CloudTalk is a great software but I believe it has the potential to be amazing. It has got all the basic things right, which is perfect but still missing a few key features. Adding these features will make a go to software for most companies. I hope the above mentioned features are added soon which will make our work effortless.
Positive: - Accepts billing address from numerous countries (in my case - India; this is extremely important as it makes it easier to show expenses during taxation).
- User-friendly interface which makes it easier for other executives to adopt quickly.
- Numerous integrations available although I use none of them.
- Ability to create SMS templates and send SMS' to clients from the software itself.
- Ability to have conference calls. I will use this feature soon.
- Ability to create separate groups for separate clients and divert specific clients to certain executives only.
- Ability to track all my executives and analyse the calls using the software itself.Negative: - I hope CloudTalk team can come up with more customizable options for the plans. At the moment I'm paying for a lot of features many of which I don't use.

- Video call feature to communicate with my team can be so helpful. Still missing sadly.
- Ability to download a PDF version for all the SMS is not available. This is possible for calls, but not from SMS', why? Please add this feature soon. -

Summary: Had a very good experience with CloudTalk. Very simple installation and setup up process. Customer support has been very good and helpful. Might be missing on the mobile devices but I hope the developers might soon develop it.
Positive: - Much user friendly interface.
- Affordable pricing.
- Very intuitive.
- Good customer service.Negative: Application not flexible across devices. Mobile app hasn't yet released.
