Summary: CloudTalk is easy to use inbound call center tool with many great features.
Positive: I can go anywhere with the handy mobile app on my iphone and still take business calls while mobile -I can listen to the recordings anytime and go back to them when necessary -I can easily connect with guests and colleagues and this drives more value into the business.
Negative: Webphone doesn't work in Internet Explorer. You should use Chrome. But I think it's okay.

Summary: Cost effective solution. We don't have to outsource call centre, because we can handle it with fewer cost and workers inhouse.
Positive: Very good price Easy to use online platform Top customer service Very intuitive service Lots of integrations with other services
Negative: Missing smartphone app. Would appreciate if there was one to review the current status on go.

Summary: The biggest value is in integration to our existing infrastructure and tools, so we see everything about customer before we answer the incoming call.
Positive: Cloudtalk is super easy to use and does the job that far more complex systems do, but much better. Very Intuitive. The support team is really friendly and very responsive.
Negative: Web phone doesn't work in IE, you have to use Chrome, or install desktop app.

Summary: As every startup our goal is to provide great customer support and were trying to find phone system which would suit our needs and has integrations with tools we were already using, Help Scout and Intercom. And we also needed international numbers with toll free numbers as well, which we were able to buy very quickly.
Positive: CloudTalk is super easy to set up and use afterwards. Using CloudTalk with Help Scout and Intercom took our customer experience to the next level. Integrations work as expected. They provide perfect customer support with onboarding help at the beginning. Feels like they value you as a customer.
Negative: Nothing in particular. Some issues during the implementation, but they were solved quite quickly.

Summary: It is an amazing platform and most rewarding is ability to track all the calls and messages as an aspect of performance, but also saves a lot of time.

Summary: As a small company people are changing in our team quite a lot, and sometimes it takes a lot of time to explain our system for new people, with CloudTalk its really easy.
Positive: The system is very easy to use so you do not have to spend lot of time to explain it for new people in your team, I would say that it is real time saver for my company and definitely worth the money.
Negative: We are using CloudTalk for almost 6 months now and there was no problem so far.
