Summary: Cloudtalk is a great system for calls management, the best that we've worked so far.
Positive: Cloudtalk offers amazing possibilities for customization, for example, call tagging and skill-based routing. Great reporting and statistic features help analyze your work better and adjust your workflow that will benefit both the customer and the company.
Negative: Integrations are great, but it would be even better if Cloudtalk could manage all communication processes independently.

Summary: Overally we are pretty happy with CloudTalk. Affordable, stable and modern.
Positive: CloudTalk offers easy navigation with nice user interface, which is a must nowadays. On top of that all the features like call routing, call recording, business hours make your work pretty easy. What was out previous problem running call center was that that there were too many connection timeouts. For the time being, we have never run into one with CloudTalk.
Best kind of software is one you use without any problems and that's what we have experienced with this call center softwareNegative: All I am not happy about is overall calling from the compure, but this is cons of personal preference, rather than software weakness.

Summary: Great interface, intuitive design, exceptional customer service and completely solves a major logistical problem for small (and even big) businesses
Positive: This system allowed us to integrate our contacts, CRM and other data tracking systems into one, easily accessible management system. Not only does it help us provide better, more informed and faster customer service, it's changed our business internally. Now, we focus on marketing campaigns, customer service and sales instead of nagging everyone about data management.
Our meetings used to sound like this: Did you enter your contact into Google? Where did you save it? Did you add them to SalesForce? Who talked to them last? Now, those conversations don't exist. Whoever needs the information can access that information with ease.Negative: No problems so far. We were in contact with customer service during the initial set up when we had questions and they were fantastic! But no major hiccups so far.

Summary: CloudTalk helped our company to save us a lot of time, resources and effort by keeping delivering the best (and smart!) call center on the market. It might look like a new player, however, do not fool yourself. :)
Positive: I love the smooth onboarding process, easy to use UI and also set-up. Other key benefit which I would like to point out is the number of integrations it provides and last, but not least the value for money. :)

Summary: Overall experience is very positive. The product is young, but very complex in a same time. It offers all of the necessary features for call software, even more advanced that might be useful for bigger organizations.
Positive: Cloudtalk offers smooth experience while calling, making the often boring job of support person more interesting.
Negative: Not any so far, maybe more integrations needed, but they are constantly improving the product

Positive: Modern UI, very helpful team, easy setup and lots of integrations. Especially the Pipedrive integration makes my life much easier and runs perfectly.
Negative: Mobile apps are not yet available (should come in Q3 2019)
