Summary: Overall, I am very pleased with the platform for general marketing tracking purposes. I am easily able to listen to calls and identify how each piece is performing.
Positive: Straightforward call tracking platform for marketing. I used it for a direct mail campaign we were testing into and it was very easy to get a live look at calls made from the postcards.
Negative: I felt like I really needed to go back and make sure I wasn't overpaying. It ended up with me paying 3 months of services that I really didn't need because I didn't carefully check upon signup.

Summary: CallRail is a fantastic call tracking platform. It allows us to visualize analytics and call intelligence for a large number of inbound calls. Its integration with Slack is just great. We are currently using CallRail with Slack app.

Summary: Overall it's a great program and we've been able to track all calls and leads from Google ads by implementing this
Positive: We use this for our clients when running ads. It's the best way to easily swap out numbers on your site for tracking ones.
Negative: Some people struggle with the concept of how it works but it does wonders.
