    Only Two Word: Great Service

    Positive: Your service has improved our sales productivity & customer experience. Cloud Telephony Solutions make it easier and affordable for our business to manage inbound voice calls automatically 24x7.

    Negative: The only reason, I think the customer support team is so busy to take calls. Other than that, it's all excellent.
