Summary: If your computer hard drive has enough space maybe just don't delete the app once you finally get it installed, since it is a major pain to reinstall. My laptop isn't even old or outdated so really there's no excuse for such a terrible installation experience.

Positive: It works pretty well and has good enough security that major banks trust it for setting up virtual appointments, and is obviously used a lot internally by big companies too.

Negative: So there's supposed to be a browser, join by browser instead of launching the app option, but it's not really accessible because the first thing that happens is it'll try to make you download the installer, and once you do that, it hangs up when trying to install, then it'll try to insist on launching the app instead of even offering the ability to join via browser. So there's that.

Summary: Solid tool but much to be desired when it comes to new features like live transcripts, screen sharing etc.

Positive: Solid and dependable. Especially like the video experience on Webex. Were one of the first to have a built-in whiteboard.

Negative: Lacks news features and does not look and feel as good as the competition.

Summary: Because our company's overall ability to work in a group with the screen sharing option has improved so much, Cisco WebEx becomes a fully recommended software for conducting stream sessions, which will undoubtedly be reliable and have a completely optimal video quality to work with.

Positive: The video calls we can make with Cisco WebEx are reliable because they can be configured in various alert levels, depending on the privacy settings we decide to apply to know exactly which employees will be able to access the data of each session we make, so it is easy to detect intrusions.

Negative: The Cisco WebEx platform is very slow to update the connection of each employee who decides to join the meetings, which makes it not fully possible and verifiable to review live who are the employees who are still inside the session, which can be a problem when working with group screen sharing.

Summary: We were able to share a large amount of files with our clients with a speed that no other program can match. The experience is great when talking about Cisco WebEx, incredible interaction with the market. Despite the discontinued use of the UCF format it is still possible to recommend this tool, it is a great viable solution. Although it is quite useful to access from any web device.

Positive: It has the facility to save slides in PDF format for when we have to present to our customers any update through a document. In part its design is spacious, pleasing to the eye and has a very interactive participation based on the client and the consultant. It has also shown us an excellent quality in both audio and video in each video call.

Negative: We need the UCF format to come back, we had migrated from another platform to Cisco WebEx, but after a while the UCF format stopped working. We also need to integrate visual compatibility with the sharing of some documents.

Summary: Overall best for small meetings and conferences, not suitable for a large meeting. I hope they will improve that but apart from that everything works fine for me.

Positive: This is one of the popular software that companies are using right now to host their conferences or meeting with people out of their companies. But there are many things which need to be improved. Apart from that, it has a spotless user interface and is very much secure. It is also cross-platform, and you can listen to the meetings using your mobile by calling on the meeting number.

Negative: The con associated with this is that it cannot handle large meetings. Recently I was in a meeting, and there were around more than 700 participants, and the meeting was crashing. There was no sound, no video, and the app was restarting. This was the problem with not only me but also the other participants who were also facing the same issue.

Summary: Overall the Cisco Webex Meetings has so many great features like screen sharing, chat, media sharing, etc., and offers a great conference call and meeting experience with all the tools available to help.

Positive: Reliable and quality call support. Low latency makes the app better than other of this kind. Free plans available for free users. Great support offered by the Cisco Teams.

Negative: Only one option to present per license. The 'call me' plan is not included in the normal charges you have to pay extra for that.

Summary: Cisco Webex is a cool software that works cross-platform, is full of interactive features, and has a nice, clean interface that makes meetings and conferences a hassle-free experience.

Positive: It has a clean, modern interface, and is easy to navigate. The poll feature and raise hand feature are all useful, especially for seminars and presentations. The screen sharing feature is hassle-free. Audio and video quality is great, and I love that you can message participants individually; a feature many competitor apps lack.

Negative: The only con I can think of is that the app isn't very popular. You sometimes have to convince people to download the software to conduct a meeting, which can be tricky. It can also feel a bit overpriced, considering the free version itself is full of features.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Cisco Webex as an acceptable meeting app on desktop, but I’d suggest avoiding it on mobile devices until its richer in essential features.

Positive: Webex’s interface provided just enough to not be too complicated to use. The camera and microphone buttons were placed as expected, and they were easily accessed by the room’s host every time. The ability to mute or turn on the participants’ microphones is a big plus, although there should be a clearer indication of whose microphones are turned on.

Negative: The mobile version of the software is lacking in features, especially the volume control the desktop version includes. If the presenter plays a video for the participants to watch, there’s no way to lower or increase the volume of it for mobile participants, something that definitely caused some discrepancies quite a few times.

The lag is a big factor in my experience and subsequent review. Many times, some participants’ cameras and audio completely froze, rendering the meeting a frustrating experience tech wise.

Summary: Our company faced challenges with the previous software, leading us to switch to Webex. It turned out to be a wise choice due to its professional, clean interface. Negative: While it offers many advantages, one potential drawback is the pricing. When compared to alternatives like Zoom, it may appear slightly higher. Nevertheless, for medium to large companies, volume purchases can offset this cost.

Summary: We have been using Webex from last 2 years, earlier for classes and now for meetings or remote troubleshoots. its awesome, no one can beat him in quality and performance. software is fast and reliable.

Summary: Cisco Webex is best for webinars. I have attended several webinars on different platforms (Zoom, Join me, Bluejeans) but Cisco Webex gave me the best seamless experience on both windows and iOS platforms. The ability to mute the mic and camera helps to increase privacy.

Positive: The user interface is appealing and easy to adopt. Its calendar integration with Google and Microsoft is very useful. It helps to get meeting reminders.

The video quality is just outstanding.

Negative: Overall I had great experience. Nothing to share about con.

Positive: Cisco Webex has endless possibilities for meetings. You can share insights, chat with coworkers and host during meetings. Its raise-hand feature is very handy. The best thing is, that sign-up is not compulsory, you can also attend directly using the meeting invite link.

Negative: Every issue I faced in past has been resolved in the new update. Now no con.

Summary: After trying several online meetings platform, I can say Cisco Webex is an all-rounder product for our meeting needs. Its screen-sharing feature works flawlessly and the background removal feature lets me attend meetings without adjusting my background.

Summary: Using Webex meetings to conduct conferences, lectures and of course for personal gatherings. During lectures, the Hand Raising feature helps a lot to avoid a lot of disturbances. Polling and Q&A feature is also available. It's easy to monitor participants' activity. We can also go to breakout rooms for small discussions. Animated emojis such as the thumbs-up option are also there. Simple and interactive user interface. We can have an unlimited number of meetings. Overall really good application.

Positive: During this pandemic situation, Webex meetings brought a large relief to our life. It's really easy to communicate with colleagues, conduct business meetings, conduct lectures for newbies and so on. Compared to its competitors we don't have to go for a separate integration for taking attendance. Calendar Management was so easy. Before the scheduled time we will get Alerts/Notifications. The mobile app is also available. We can ask doubts using the hand rise feature. Screen Sharing and Recording can be done easily. A virtual whiteboard is also available, which we can use in need. Overall great tool for conferences.

Negative: Nothing so far. The free version is not suitable for large meetings. Users can enter without proper email verification, this may lead to misuse of the conference room. The app also needs more quality backgrounds to make it more appealing. Recordings are saved in a proprietary format. Apart from this everything is good and happy with the product.
