Summary: It's been fantastic. My whole team loves it. It has allowed us to stay in touch and keep track of important items even when we are working from home.

Positive: It is amazing how easy it is to set up or join meetings. Since the COVID outbreak we switched to having virtual video team meetings and we used Webex for that. It syncs with my Outlook calendar which means I was able to keep track of any up coming meetings. It is also really easy for people to join in our meetings, their desktop app works great even for some of our team members who are working with a slow speed internet.

Negative: I love the outlook integration but I wish it integrated with more tools. Some more options to automate calls and meetings depending on other softwares would have been nice.

Negative: Lacks integration with tools like Office suite, Jira - newer products like Microsoft teams provide a ton of such integration options.

Summary: Cisco Webex is an excellent solution for remote learning and meetings. Definitely recommend this to workplaces and schools.

Positive: The unique meeting codes are quite good for security and makes it less likely that unwanted visitors will join.
It allows the webcam and audio device used to be changed, which is excellent for people with multiple webcams and microphones.
Screen sharing is available, which is for sharing the screen to the other people in the call. This is quite useful for showing presentations and videos.

Negative: Username displayed incorrectly in the calls, even with countless uninstalls.

Summary: Solid tool but much to be desired when it comes to new features like live transcripts, screen sharing etc.

Positive: Solid and dependable. Especially like the video experience on Webex. Were one of the first to have a built-in whiteboard.

Negative: Lacks news features and does not look and feel as good as the competition.

Summary: Because our company's overall ability to work in a group with the screen sharing option has improved so much, Cisco WebEx becomes a fully recommended software for conducting stream sessions, which will undoubtedly be reliable and have a completely optimal video quality to work with.

Positive: The video calls we can make with Cisco WebEx are reliable because they can be configured in various alert levels, depending on the privacy settings we decide to apply to know exactly which employees will be able to access the data of each session we make, so it is easy to detect intrusions.

Negative: The Cisco WebEx platform is very slow to update the connection of each employee who decides to join the meetings, which makes it not fully possible and verifiable to review live who are the employees who are still inside the session, which can be a problem when working with group screen sharing.
