Summary: Really like the platform - use this one everyday for my job, and got only good things to say about both tech and the team.

Positive: Hi, thank you for all of the machinery and equipment tracking features; it makes my life and the life of my team much easier.

Negative: Some more dashboards might help, maybe a few more reports, otherwise a solid tool.

Summary: Mostly trying to make our processes better and more streamlined around dispatch and scheduling of our teams.

Positive: Thank you BuildOps for simplifying how we manage dispatch and scheduling of our teams and for advancing us lightyears on this side of technology.

Negative: Training took a bit longer than we expected for some of our team members. Add an extra couple of weeks to your crew training planning (people-driven training can take a bit longer).

Summary: Accounting and financials are fully integrated now with their platform. Reporting, PM, and other features working well. We are just starting to scratch the surface in terms of our platform usage.

Positive: Build Ops has integrated well with our Vista solution. We are also stating to leverage some of their profitability analysis processes when it comes to reporting and analytics - we still got a lot to learn.

Negative: Too new, so far implementation, and support experience have been stellar - only good things to say about these guys and their tech.

Summary: Learning was fairly easy - had lots of help from their team. Using it now every day - great platform.

Positive: Good user interface, lot's of various capabilities and features that are tailored toward commercial construction companies.

Negative: Too new - just started using. Don't have anything to share on the Cons side yet.

Summary: It doesn't matter how great of a system you think you're running, In my opinion BuildOps can do it better.

Positive: Great features but my shop which is on the smaller side. Good because I can grow into it but a bit overkill for now.

Negative: Lots of features to improve what we're doing now and for what we will do in the future. I'm probably only using 20% of the full measure right now. Hope to keep adding.

Summary: We are a much more efficient company after choosing BuildOps. Less paperwork and errors. We're believers! Using them for: Field service management, HVAC, HVAC GPS Tracking, Service Work Order, Field Service Mobile Apps, Field Activity Management, Service Dispatch

Positive: Quoting, no doubt. We like that you can customize quotes on the go (before we were manually editing each quote in Word), email them out to customers right away and can keep track of them in one place. That savings in time alone is worth it.

Negative: Bells and whistles are worth it but it's not cheap.

Summary: Best in the business for commercial service. Really liked their platform workflows and cost was ok too.

Positive: Tight workflow that matches our business without too much tinkering. Enough customization options to make it your own but not so many that it's overwhelming. Just right.

Negative: Designed heavily for HVAC and electrical businesses and could be more flexible for other industries. I am in the commercial garage door space and still need to estimate outside of the platform.

Summary: Overall has a good balance of niche features that are relevant for HVAC of field service management. Scheduling, time tracking, quoting and invoicing, agreement management, OCR, - at a reasonable price.

Positive: You definitely get the value with this platform - nice offerings at the right price. Customer care did a great job at bringing us up to speed. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field.

Negative: Could be a bit cheaper for a small companies in the field.

Summary: We are highly appreciative of BuildOps for their excellent support of our teams in the field and their mobile capabilities.

Negative: Allow for an additional two weeks in the crew training planning timeline.

Summary: Overall, the features of HVAC and Field Service Management provided by this software have a good balance of niche features, including Scheduling, Time Tracking, Quoting & Invoicing, Agreement Management, and Optical Character Recognition, all at a reasonable price.

Positive: We are thoroughly satisfied with the value we have received from this platform. The offerings are great and the pricing is just right. The customer service team was especially helpful in getting us up and running. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field.

Negative: This product provides excellent MEP functionality, although it may be a bit expensive for small companies in the field.

Summary: I'm currently content with the BuildOps software and the tools it has provided my team. We chose it for its comprehensive feature set, and it has certainly lived up to our expectations.

Positive: I’ve used other construction management software in the past, but BuildOps has been the easiest to use by far. Their customer service team is always available to help with any issues you may have, which is great. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients and providing them with the best tools possible.

Negative: It's too early to make a definitive statement, but in the few months that we've been using BuildOps, we've been really pleased.

Negative: I have a small business, and BuildOps has been perfect for my needs. It performs exactly as I require, i heard that larger businesses may not get the full range of features they're looking for.

Summary: Lots and lots of automation for our MEP shop, one CRM, centralized reporting, project management - all addressed with one platform.

Positive: How easy it is to just start using the platform - yes, there is some training with BuildOps support but takes a couple of days to start using their platform.

Negative: More dashboards would be helpful, better reporting dashboards categorization, maybe micro tutorials that have embedded links throughout the platform.

Summary: We had a good implementation experience with BuildOps platform, very helpful support and onboarding specialists.

Positive: Well thought UI and how easy it is to start learning the platform week - very little time to get started once all is implemented.

Negative: Too early to say - we are still in early phases of usage; first few months in the platform.
